Getting tired of re-reminding my coworkers that periods go at the end of sentences.

Stupid co-worker found out today that I do not bluff. If you ignore my messages long enough (and most often) I have very little patience) I will go over your head and take it to your boss directly. I bet she was pleased to do your work for you today when she found out that after multiple reminders from me, after three weeks you still hadn't done it and now you are out on vacation. Deadline was provided and cannot be ignored just because you don't feel like doing something.

Oh man, I wanted to ignore this so bad, but I can't. There are two of us that work for one boss. All three females. The boss and co-worker are friends. I think boss has a girl crush, because she giggles at her all the time. They spend quite a bit of time talking when they are both there. Coworker used to work with our org and left for several years and then came back 3 years ago. I'm pretty sure in these 3 years coworker has NEVER worked a full work week. Not sure how that happens, because we all earn the same amount of leave. Gets there late, leaves early, doesn't take a lunch which we are legally bound to take (meaning you aren't supposed to leave after 8 hours, have to stay 8 1/2). Boss protects her by giving her the easy stuff. I have to take on all of the new work in our group. This isn't growing me, because I'm retiring in less than a year. They are both under 40. I don't need the experience or the update for my resume to move higher. I think one of the things that pisses me off the most is when I hear boss get off the phone or read an email about things I'm working on and runs right over to coworker to discuss the issue. Ummm, why aren't you discussing it with me or telling me what your position is on the subject? Also, when boss isn't there (and vice versa) they are constantly back and forth on facebook about what is going on in the office. I hate when the three of us have to go somewhere together = I feel like the third wheel on a date . Latest was when I found out boss talked to coworker about my personnel stuff regarding my retirement. That's illegal, but it isn't worth putting in a complaint.
