May I point out that the Dems lost congress and most of the state houses, long before Trump put his hat in the ring. Trump's victory is hardly a one off. By the way, as a psychologist, what do you think of Joan Williams's work? To me, it seems like she hit the nail on the head--6 years ago. What does the make up of congress or a treatise on class have to do with my post you are quoting? You talk about trumps victory like it's a one off event that happened 100 years ago. Actually it's the tip of a very big iceberg. 60 years ago, most of the demographic that are Trump supporters now would've voted Democrat. And there's no way in hell we have Republicans controlled Congress, republican controlled state houses,s and Trump in the White House if the democratics had not lost the white working class.

I'm not sure about 60 years ago as it pre-dates me and probably the majority of the voters.
Here's the split based on political identification-

Again this doesn't relate to my post you quoted in the slightest. Make all the assertions you like, of course. In any thread at any time. But if you quote something I posted, please relate commentary to quoted material.
