Specifically I'm interested in games you play regularly on your phone or tablet, excepting digital versions of pencil-and-paper games such as sudoku, crosswords, word-finds, etc.
If you're able and willing, post your highest level of achievement along with each game. Most games have a number associated with overall achievement such as a level, a high score, a global ranking, etc., and I imagine the discussion will be more interesting if members provide some idea of where they're at in the game and others happen to be playing it.
This thread is mainly for my curiosity, but if you're a fan of a game, don't hesitate to praise it or talk about it. Just try to avoid posting links to official promotional material.

In Candy Crush (my favorite), I'm at level 1337. I've also been playing Draw Something with a friend for quite awhile, and we're at level 1612.

Cupcake Mania. I am at level 621 now.
Angry Bird BLAST. Only at level 121 so far.
These are my time pass games while waiting for an appointment, at the doctors, at the dentists etc.

I've seen "Candy Crush" advertised on TV. I've never understood the appeal of match-3 games, but they must collectively make up a tenth of the entire mobile gaming market.
"Monument Valley" was a fun game. I liked the humour with the 'totem'.

"Charm King" - I'm on level 104. I only started playing a month or so ago. Some levels are more difficult than others. I was stuck on level 85 for almost a week. There are various daily challenges as well to be met for bonus points.
"Flow Free" and "Flow Free Bridges" are also more difficult the higher the level you achieve - these two also have daily challenges.
Occasionally, various "Hidden Object" games.
ETA: There's also some coloring apps I mess around with once in a while.
These free ones (as well as many more) I got on GooglePlay.

I have a tiny circa 1959 combination checkers, chess, parcheese travel game in the original box. It was designed to be played in the back seat of a car during road trips......will that count? It did really stop the fighting from the back seat when I was young.....As far as levels go....I recall no fighting in the back seat was a level "green" but changed to yellow alert with the onset of "he is touching me" syndrome....while an all out fight in the back triggered a " red" level causing the car to come to a halt with corresponding direct intervention from the adults in the front seat.....

Hm. I've heard of all of these or seen them advertised, except for "Civilization Revolution" and "Charm King".
Although SL and I may have some overlapping tastes. I've played and completed "Flow Free", and I've played a few of the "hidden object" adventure games (although admittedly I find the "hidden object" aspect of them more than a little annoying).

I play Hexa Blast and Link Flash, which are both match 3 games by the same creator, though not exactly alike. Unfortunately, I just had to replace my phone after it turned into a paperweight, so I've had to start over. Don't remember what level I was on before. The 100 Doors type games can be fun, too.
I also enjoyed Monument Valley. Beat the first one and all but the last level on the second one.
I think my favorites are hidden object games. I've been playing Pearl's Peril lately on my tablet.

I play Frozen Free Fall. I'm on 189 of the 2nd set of maps.
I also play Disney Crossy Roads. At one point, I had almost all the figures. Since they've graded recently and added new figures, I can't say that anymore.

Text Twist 2. Will try to remember next time I play what my hi score is.
Also play Bubble Town but it is truly mindless game when I am killing time and don't want to really use my brain. I have made it to level 9 and can't seem to get further but keep trying.
Hey, I never claimed to be a deep thinking when on line - heck for that matter when offline. Also don't do many games on ipad or phone - hard on eyes. Play Bookworm on PC.

I have a pretty short attention span, so a lot of games don't last long or don't get much use. The game I've had the longest is Frozen Free Fall. I'm on level 70 something of the third set of maps. The second longest game I've played is Cooking Fever. I've made it all the way through all of the levels (except the one most recently released).
I've recently downloaded Roll the Ball and some home decor game. I don't know that they'll make the cut for long. I like hidden object games but get annoyed at the quality of a lot of them. I can't play racing or combat/shooter games as the movement makes me nauseous.

I've burned through hundreds of games, mostly puzzle-related ("puzzle" in the broader sense of problem solving; "Two Dots", "Flow Free", "Monument Valley" already mentioned would all fall into this category).
Currently I'm finishing off "Roofbot" (Lv 32), "Mr. Square" (Chapter 7), and extension packs on "Puzzle Retreat" ("Chocolate").
I'm also playing "Township" (Lv 57), which is the third "long-term" game I've ever played. I believe it technically falls into the "time management" and "simulation" categories. You grow wheat, you feed your cows, you milk them, you use a factory to turn the milk into dairy products, you mix those with other things to make another tier of products, etc.
Most of the challenge lies in streamlining your production flows and growing your city in an organic way, but generally speaking the game is mindless. I call it "long-term" because everything in it takes a ridiculous amount of real-world time to complete, by design. The idea is that you're supposed to queue up as much processing as you can, each process takes anywhere from a few minutes to several days to complete, and the more frequently you play the game to keep the queues full, the more rapidly you can advance. I really dislike the concept but, along with another concept called "energy" that I like even less, it's almost universal in games of this type. The developer makes money by charging you to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time.
I believe I may be the only male in existence who plays it. (That might be a bit of an exaggeration, but I'll bet the ratio is at least 30:1 women to men.) Most men prefer playing what we openly call "real games" where you can fail. ...and where you actually have to slaughter pigs in order to get bacon from them. Not a word of a lie: in "Township", bacon strips just appear in front of your pigs when they're done eating.

Played it and beat it years ago. None. Candy Crush, Pokémon and Bubble Witch never appealed to me. I enjoy Scrabble and chess IRL, though. My wife and I both play Scrabble, online and with each other. I've never been able to "get into" chess. Too much memorization required in order to get good at it.

What memorization? How the pieces move? That's nothing. I LOVE chess. To rise above a mediocre level of play you have to remember hundreds of openings, hundreds of gambits, hundreds of defenses, hundreds of endgames, and those numbers only compound the more accomplished you become. If I'm playing with an opponent of no skill and we're both just "dicking around", I can tolerate it. But generally speaking I like to rise above a mediocre level of play whenever I commit to a game.
