A client did not receive the expected refund because the IRS says the wrong amount was carried from line 14 of schedule M. Can anybody tell me where to find a Schedule M (and its instructions) with more than 11 lines?  |

What year?
The form for 2009 had 14 lines.
Tried to make a link, but it didn't work--anyway I think the key is getting into the right year.

Hmm. . .maybe the IRS didn't update their notice for the correct designation of the last line of the form.
