Oh, i have paid more than $100 easily. If i am gonna go, i want the best seats possible. Usually when going out to concerts we go out for dinner, the cost of gas, parking, etc. Why skimp on the seating if i am gonna fork over for those things? Just my opinion. Doesn't mean i need front row but i want to have what i consider to be a good seat. This is usually how I roll, exceptions being NFL games because I don't like sitting close and not being able to see plays develop and MLB playoff/world series games because I'm not spending 1k/ticket, 2nd deck is fine in those cases. Never understood sitting down close for football and baseball games. I can't see play develope. Although we sat in the rafters for Saints game along with a few birds. But it was a partying bunch of Raiders fans so we had a ball!!

Baseball I can see so much more sitting behind home plate like where the ball is being hit right off the bat, if you get a chance to sit in the area where you can actually tell a lot of the ball/strike calls yourself it is a lot of fun. I look where the scouts sit for the best seats, in football it is generally the 2nd deck midfield and in baseball it is generally field level (depending on the position they are scouting for). I hate going to NFL games and sitting in the end zone or MLB games and sitting in the high outfield, you have no idea what is actually happening on the field because of the angle.

No point going if you have bad seats in my opinion. I'd rather spend a lot for one good seat than smaller amount for many bad seats.
I don't go often but when I do I go all out.

I've found sitting in club sections where everyone can't get into gets rid of a lot of that. If I am going to an away stadium I always try to sit in that section to cut down on the chance of an incident.

I'd probably have to have connections for that.

I'd probably have to have connections for that. Modern stadiums generally have really large club sections, you can find some pretty sweet deals on stubhub that are sometimes lower than the actual cost of the ticket.

Wish I lived closer to MLB team. Always said if I lived in a city with NFL and MLB teams I would just live in stadiums. Been long time since seeing MLB game in person. But We blow over to NO on ocassion. And if they are playing Raiders I will take the best seats available regardless of costs. Only way I get to see them in the flesh.

It is on my bucket list to see a Raiders home game, I have a couple friends that are fans and they say it is a heck of an experience. I live an hour away from Miller Park and it is about the best stadium experience I have ever had in any sport. Easy to get to, easy to park, easy to get in and spectacular tickets can be very cheap. Back in the early aughts we would go on the Miller beer factory tour a couple of times before the game to get 6 free beers and then head to the stadium to buy "Uecker Seats" for a dollar. Those were tickets with an obstructed view, but once we got in we could sit somewhere better.

I have given thought to writing Mark Davis and pleading my case based on becoming Raiders fan when watching them in Super Bowl II Fell in love with the Black and Silver. Think he'll take pity on this old lady And pay my way?

I'd pay that if I wanted to see them...which I don't. So I wouldn't.
