doings of the President elect, however..he is like that battery commercial...he keeps on going, on going, on going , on going with his conbstant attacks against anyone who says something derogatory or just a simple criticism about him...so thin skinned... The latest..Obamas press secretary...he really is getting to the bottom of the barrell here.. ---------------------------------------------------------------- To read complete article click on link below www.yahoo.com/gma/donald-trump-brings-thank-tour-pennsylvania-223105228--abc-news-topstories.htmlPresident-elect Donald Trump took new jabs at White House press secretary Josh Earnest tonight in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
"This foolish guy, Josh Earnest, I don't know," Trump told the crowd. "You know, having the right press secretary is so important because he's so bad the way he delivers a message. He can deliver a positive message and it sounds bad. He could say ladies and gentlemen, today we have totally defeated ISIS, and it wouldn't sound good, OK?"
Trump then added, "Maybe he is getting his orders from somebody else?"
The jabs follow an escalating feud between the Trump transition team and the White House over Russian involvement in the U.S. election. Earnest doubled down on his statements that Trump knowingly benefited and even encouraged Russian hacking in his victory over Hillary Clinton.
"It is just a fact -- you all have it on tape -- that the Republican nominee for president was encouraging Russia to hack his opponent, because he believed that would help his campaign. It is not a controversial statement. I'm not trying to be argumentative. But I am trying to acknowledge a basic fact," Earnest told reporters today."

If you are tired of it, you could always put your stuff into just one thread with updates. If you want to, that is. It seems a better solution than 20 threads with maybe 3 replies in them. Up to you of course.

First point - you don't have to respond to EVERYTHING Trump says or does. Maybe prioritize the important things. You know, a pick your battles sort of thing.
On the second point, in this case i agree with Trump the n striking back. No way a WH Press Sec should be making statements like that against the incoming POTUS / PEOTUS. At every of Trump's Thank You tour speeches he has complimented Obama. Then WH Press Sec goes stirring the pot that is already being stirred by the media

So let me get this straight... The DNC and liberals are mad at Russia because they think they're trying to manipulate the election, by exposing that the DNC is manipulating the election ??

Did the WH Press Sec really quote exactly what Trump said? Did Trump invite Russia to hack Hillary for ANY dirt they could find? Or did he invite Russia to look for very specific info that Hillary & FBI said did NOT exist anyimore or could NOT be found? (Info that Hillary was supposed to lawfully turnover to FBI) And did he say this in jest / sarcasm or maybe even frustration that Hillary & the FBI were not doing there job? You do know Trump exaggerates and sometimes uses hyperbole, right? So again, worst case Trump asked Russia to look for very specific info that Hillary & FBI said did NOT exist anymore or could NOT found. (Info Hillary was supposed to turn over to FBI). He did NOT invite Russis to look for ANY dirt they could find or influence the election

POTUS says something, unless he immediatly indicates he is joking..then he means what he says...
"You do know Trump exaggerates and sometimes uses hyperbole, right?".....time he realizes he will be the POTUS...says or indicates something some one doesn't quite get the joke of and all of a sudden some 10 mirved missle is off and running and "oops" just won't cut it...

And lies. Not fit to be POTUS. He can go back to his golden Trump towers. Do his deals and bankruptcies. Keep stiffing contractors and investors. Pick his next wife.

I like the idea of a "rant of the day" thread. Maybe we could use an emoticon, like one of these, each time Trump tweets, at least until he grows up some...

Or this one. Honestly, I've never seen such a thin-skinned guy in my life. Most of the others who have served, in either party, have been able to ignore most of the criticism hurled at them. He's going to be wasting a HUGE amount of time if he responds EVERY SINGLE TIME someone says something that offends him.

I've said Hillary and others have lied. Just that they aren't pathological liars who don't even realize they are lying 90% of the time.

Understand where your coming from but afraid for at least next four years he's the guy in that oval office...Some great things are supposed to happen now, at least from the perspective of one of our frequent posters here...lets hope he is as correct on that one as he was on his prediction of a winner to the contest...[ notice how even as a big time non supporter still hooping that the guy does well...good for all of us if he does..difference between us..in his case believe he couldn't fall asleep for eight years unless put at least ten pins in a doll representing our current POTUS]

Have you ever considered that those of us here who don't agree with your unending threads are also tired of you putting up all these threads per day...and no longer read them? BG (speaking as BG not an admin) Nothing else for him to do. Kind of like the other poster who posts everything but the brand of toilet paper she uses. It's only a matter of time before we all know that, too. Ok folks lets have a discussion here on this posting of threads...What the hell are we here for? U don't agree with a post then say why..can't stand a poster..put them on u know what..[ against rules tomention what..been callwed out and penalized on that one..]
Really don't want to read but not interesting in doing anything about it then just slide right by...
Now one of the posters who complained is a moderator here..her complaining, even as a poster, not a mod, bit surprising because with out folks putting up threads there really is not much of a forum...would think moderators especially would be interested in keeping things moving and interesting here..guess not.[possible should consider in the wrong business here too, just a thought, as a moderator...just a thought there]
I also never saw a post, a thread from her before , didn't recognize nick..so looked her up and yes , see she has put up threads..figured may have posted too..didn't bother to check but has never from what I have seen put up a thread in political...don't believe much of posting here either , yet is complaining as to what ever...[thinking of asking her to kiss my...but why start a back and forth but really am thinking it]
Regarding my threads..I think they are interesting..asks certain questions , provocative, posted cleanly..attention too..In this case deals with the politics of...that right now is my interest...am retired..finances to be honest don't interest me any longer..I got what I got..know what my expenses are..no biggies on expendatures on horizon..my travel days are over..have spent big $ this year making my abode friendly for me and my conditions today, kids told me they don't need the $ so spent it.. Occasionally I will go over to EE to read..drop a cute story, a joke..The military area here..no interest actually..I did my time, glad to have survived..when it comes to military stuff would rather spend time at my local VFW chapter and a few days a month volunteering at local Veterans hospital...had to cut that down. So that leaves "Politics" here and until I am told to cease and desist by the powers to be..I will continue to have fun and post threads that are of interest for some and for those who find annoying..well suggest go reread from top as I suggested what u can do... know

doings of the President elect, however..he is like that battery commercial...he keeps on going, on going, on going , on going with his conbstant attacks against anyone who says something derogatory or just a simple criticism about him...so thin skinned...
That kinds of sounds like what you are doing, Dezi. You keep going "on and on" with attacks about these tweets. Anytime someone says something about your great amount of threads, you get all defensive on them and tell them not to read. That's being sort of thin-skinned yourself. You jumped on me the other day, reading something into a question I asked that just wasn't there. Can you see the parallels?
I agree that your postings are interesting and I read most of them. That's why I suggested you maybe incorporate them into one thread called "Donald's Tweets" or something like that and update them when you find another interesting story. I do find your postings interesting but I use the Hot Topics page and sometimes I like to read other things. That's hard to find when the whole page is your less-than-one-page threads. This is a community here and it's nice, sometimes, to consider the feelings of others here.
I rarely make threads. You make more in one day than I've made the entire time I've been here so maybe I'm not seeing the attraction of making numerous threads. If not, I apologize. I just think you'll get more comments, replies and interest if there is just one place for this particular subject instead of 20. You have the right to do what you want. I'm just suggesting an alternative that might ease some aggravation.

I'm just suggesting an alternative that might ease some aggravation. huh??... "You keep going "on and on" with attacks about these tweets." with out me going through my many posts and threads..and if u can find them please show me..I believe this is the FIRST time I am mentioning and bringing it up and only because two people mentioned them. As I mentioned above...for right now my only interest here is the political and the rest I believe I explained why.. I have combined threads in the past..in fact some one asked earlier if I had changed the header..I did..and at times will do it again, but will continue to post new threads if I find topics are interesting... That they will usually center on the new President elect is a given..that they will not be the most favorable to him...as long as he acts stupid which I feel he does with these personal attacks on individuals because people have criticized him...the poor baby...that to is a given...he does good, am still waiting , but if he does, then will post about that too.
