www.breitbart.com/2016-presidential-race/2016/12/12/wisconsin-recount-ends-trump-picks-162-votes/AP) Republican Donald Trump’s victory in Wisconsin was reaffirmed Monday following a recount that showed him defeating Democrat Hillary Clinton by more than 22,000 votes. Wisconsin finalized its recount on the same day that a federal judge issued a stinging rejection of a Green Party-backed request to recount paper ballots in Pennsylvania’s presidential election and scan some counties’ election systems for signs of hacking. Green Party candidate Jill Stein successfully requested, and paid for, the Wisconsin recount while her attempts for similar statewide recounts in Pennsylvania and Michigan were blocked by the courts.

Her efforts did uncover some really bad issues in M... To me it's something that should have been addressed in regular channels and obviously wasn't, but if this is why it took, good for it. I also learned a lot about the piece meal and strange methods we have in PA which seem unnecessarily combative. I don't think confirming what is working, and identifying what is not, is a bad thing at all...

A recount is supposed to be done if it's a close election (less than a fraction of a percent).
The states can audit their own voting systems. If it's really important to you, contact your state representative or governors office and request a audit.
