he should feel blessed, I spent time in a place that had chop, chop square heads, arms, eyes what ever the Koran called for(predetermined outcome). here at least he got a trail and could have presented his side if he wanted to.

I don't know if I could actually vote for the death penalty, but the Aurora movie theatre case fits the definition of heinous to me. I would have to hear evidence I don't want to see or hear to vote for the death penalty but what that man did changed too many lives. I know you were (still? I think you moved?) in CO, so to me that case for you is what the Marathon bombers are to me - something awful that came way too close to home. I no longer lived in Colorado when that happened but had friends who were in the theatre. Thankfully, they were not physically harmed. Yes, that hits too close to home. I could not have served on the jury.
