I don't see the fascinator link either, but I'm glad you are done shopping Debt and found things you like!

I found a great deal for my own wedding dress on Ebay, and my mother, who is < 5 ft. tall, easily found a dress to wear to my wedding too.
As for the MIL, and step-MIL, I was not too keen on either of their choices. MIL found an ugly multi-colored floral at a thrift store. She didn't have too much money, and I don't mind thrift finds anyway, but this woman is tall and slender, and just about any dress would look good on her. This one didn't. Step-MIL asked if it were okay if she wore a black dress that she already owned, and looked really good on her, yada yada, yada. I wasn't too keen on the idea, and this was a spring wedding to boot, but didn't think she'd be that prominent anyway, being a step-parent that married FIL after DH and his DB were adults. She ended up walking along when MIL and FIL walked DH down the aisle! It was ridiculous--the 4 of them walking across the aisle---and I was like WTF? But, didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. *sigh* And we all lived, because that stuff isn't really that important.

I love your outfit and especially love the fascinators! If I ever get invited to a fancy wedding, I'll get one to wear.

(For some reason, it is easier to find clothing for, eh, fullgrown women in Northern Protestant Europe....)

I took the link to the fascinator down because it had my name and address (maybe not when others clicked on it?) If you want you can google "Hawkins Collection Boucles en sinamay et feuilles Peigne Bibi vert emeraud" on amazon fr. Ratchets it's reassuring to know I'm not the only American with that problem here LOL. No bridesmaids ... DF's sister is maid of honor and DS2 is DS1's best man. I would have liked to talk to the fiancée's mom (and was planning to when we meet this weekend for the first time) but I decided I didn't want to wait that long to look for a dress. I do know (from my future DIL) that her mom plans to wear a knee-length dress as well. DF is from the UK, her parents are coming over for the weekend, so we will meet them for the first time. Alabama, two weddings in one summer is a lot! Good luck!
