funny that you found a Boston news station's link to the story. we had a couple guys go AWOL from training at Otis AFB on Cape Cod earlier this year. I think they found the pair at the Canadian border. wonder what's up with the new ones.

I think they found the pair at the Canadian border. wonder what's up with the new ones. It could be several things. They were due to finish their training and return to Afghanistan on the 18th. Returning to Afghanistan might not have been a particularly fetching idea, at this point, for these two young men. I could understand that. I just hope, with the attitudes of some in this country at this time, that nothing untoward has happened to them. If they're up to no good, I hope they're caught and punished. We'll have to wait and see. |
