Acording to the source above, some provided medical suport/attention to terrorist or suport under duress. Doctors don't choose their patients! Ever heard of the Hypocrathic Oath? It goes something like "first, do no harm!"and so on. It is their duty, their moral and professional obligation to ease suffering and heal not judge.
Providing suport/information to terroristic organizations "under duress", again I don't see why they should be denied. Is not like they willingly joined or helped. Maybe themselves or their loved ones were threatened if they refused. How would you feel if someone hands you a weapon and tells you that you will rob a bank or your wife and children will be shot?
While there certainly are individuals slipping thru the cracks, this specific article or any that blames the authorities for not doing their job, is inflammatory. The HS agents are doing the best they can within the parameters of the law and trying to get a read on the interviewed so they can judge their character.
My opinion is that the writer of the article is looking to stir up things having an ulterior motive. After all presidential elections will be next year!

Here is the link to the PDF file mentioned in the article obtained mentioned by Judicial Watch. Ho-hum. Report on the Secretary’s Application of the Discretionary Authority Contained in Section 212(d)(3)(B)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act Annual Report to Congress Fiscal year 2014
