I should add that one of my roommates from college got married less than a year after we graduated. I thought she was crazy at the time, but they are still together and seem happy 13 years later. However, they had been together since high school.

Most of us have a starter marriage and the one thing they probably all had in common is that no one at the time could have talked any of us out of it even though without rose colored glasses the marriage was doomed to fail.
Is there a study on hymen certificates and their correlation to marriage success rates?

I had a friend in a similar situation -- relationship was mostly long distance and they got engaged. I think that was the first time they finally got to spend an extended amount of time together, and after a few months they'd called off the engagement.

DS is recently engaged to the first and only girl he ever dated. We like her and they get along great. They dated for 4 years while at same college. Now it is long distance while she finishes grad school but they will be living together starting this December. Wedding in a year and a half.
Just a little worried about DS never dating anyone else.

have her starting working her intact hymen certificate. I can swear on a stack of Bibles that hers is intact (she's really religious). $10 on a really short engagement.

No, we don't walk away. But when we're holding on to something precious, we run.

However, they had been together since high school. 3 of my 4 siblings are all going on 19+ years of marriage. They all seem fairly happy with their spouses. And they all got married between 21-25, spouses are of a similar age. I was the late one and didn't get married until I was 34. Well, my younger brother is still single.
