Waco Biker Shoot out,  Many of the 177 people arrested in this were doing nothing but sitting in a restaurant.  Four months later nothing out of police.   Really?

Texas Sheriff Deputies shoot man with his hands up not moving.

Almost two months later nothing out of the Sheriff dept.   Just where is the second video that exonerates the Deputies?

The video has been modified not to show the actual shooting,  In the original,  the man shot had not moved at all.
