what will happen if one day the people who are so keen of forfeiture decide they could get a lot more money from the middle class then the lower class?

The middle class is the target. Not really. The government of Ferguson looks at its citizens as cash to be taken. They do not do that as much in the middle class suburbs of St. Louis. Sure there is the occasional ticket or fine for whatever, but it is not systematic looting. |
