Considering how badly Texas flooded, God must REALLY have been angry over Texas and Perry overstepping with that bill. Makes just as much sense.
I'd bet it overwhelmingly more likely that any retribution God is meting out to the states is in answer to all of these mindless, moronic, hypocrites insisting that they speak for Him. It would sure piss me off....

Yes, Kent, she's just another run-of-the-mill loon. Doesn't matter which party she belongs to. Thing is, I wish somebody would explain to me why this kind of thing is repeated all over the damned internet! It's stupid! We get it! Why are we furthering the idiocy?

I was watching a movie this morning called "Idiocracy"... I am beginning to think that that movie is a better predictor of our future than "The Jetsons" was.
People like this "Representative" are why it's looking that way...

I suppose the TX & OK monsoons/floods are divine retribution too? I believe those states have very strict abortion laws.

I blame Sarah Palin for the melting of ice caps! She shot to many wolves out of the helicopter and God is taking his vengeance!

I've been saying this for a while - Idiocracy is now the present. Does this mean we really need to start valuing having and raising children again? I've been wondering.

I've been saying this for a while - Idiocracy is now the present. Does this mean we really need to start valuing having and raising children again? I've been wondering. I had a Facebook "disagreement" with one of my former HS classmates (a very successful game developer out west) about that. She posted an article about why lots of very smart 20-30 somethings aren't having kids. I said that the people who are the most stable and capable should be the ones to have kids if we want an intelligent society. She, like most of her cohort, doesn't want to settle in order to procreate - that it's hard finding men who share her interests that are good guys she's attracted to. Hard to argue with that.

I've been vacilating in my ideas for my 'after homeschool' life. Wondering if I want to do something just for me, or something that 'gives back' and whether or not the best 'gives back' occupation might just be taking in a few more kids and trying to, mmmm, 'raise them up right'?
Id also love to run one of those 'Truman Show' type places for people with Alzheimer's. But I'm not sure I can pull that off.

The issue is that those who wait, and have fewer, are probably those who should procreate more...

It's the exact same thing as naked Canadians in Malaysia causing earthquakes for angering the mountain spirits. It's identical. Mountain spirits, sky spirit...same thing. Loons everywhere.

Yowza!!!
The foolish geologists believe that landslides can only happen in certain areas. Well folks, that’s just stupid. What causes a landslide? Landslides aren’t caused by any physical process, but rather by the direct wrath of God. Much like God flooded the Earth at the time of Noah’s Flood, God can create landslides to punish sinners and unbelievers. It’s simple boys and girls. God created the universe, and he can control it in any way He sees fit. The only logical way to argue against this truth is to believe that you somehow came from a pile of goo that turned into an animal in the zoo and finally into you. That evil Darwinist dogma is just stupid folks. Heck, the scientists can’t even come up with good natural explanations for natural disasters. If the universe wasn’t made imperfect by the death caused by Eve’s transgression, then we wouldn’t have landslides to begin with!

creationsciencestudy.wordpress.com/tag/democrat/ Wow! If you are somehow able to make it to the end (Lord knows how I was....) of that ridiculous screed, it turns out to be a promotion of Rick Santorum's presidential campaign. I guess it only makes sense that his true supporters are even more screwed up than he is, but still....
May I reprise this?

creationsciencestudy.wordpress.com/tag/democrat/ so, when a landslide does no damage to any human being, is that God taking it out on plants and animals, or just a temper tantrum?
