Scandinavian blonde (with the darker eyebrows). Which means, I'm about a #4 on the color chart, with more blonde & red highlights. But, since it's been a long Winter & I've been indoors, my hair has turned darker (again) and I need to get out in the sun to lighten my hair. I've now got some gray mixed in too, but the blonde hairs still outnumber the gray ones.

Well, I'm starting to see some speckles of (could it be gray)...Naa, it is silver, in my temples.
I thought the eyebrows kept their original color until, you know...THE END.
Obviously, I'm wrong.

My natural color is called yuck. Today I'm about half grey, but all I still see is the color yuck. Eyebrows are yuck too. My Mom is 95 and has full thick hair that is a brilliant white. Oh how I'd love to have that. Unfortunately, I'm never going to get it as I have my Dads thin, straight & fine hair. I also am suffering from a ongoing loss of hair in the back. So far I can keep it covered, but I see hair extensions or hairpiece necessary before this is over.
I used to have my hair heavily highlighted, but for the past year it's been in it's natural salt & yuck color.
BTW...I'm 70. My DH has beautiful silver fox gray hair, it's also full and thick.

Medium brown. I started coloring it about 10 yrs ago and use a chestnut color. I am very lazy about coloring though so end up doing it like every 4 or 5 months when the grays at the temples and hairline start to get bad. And I haven't decided if I will stop coloring at some point and just go gray.

I'm sure your hair is just fine (BTW, nothing wrong with fine cascading hair)...you see "yuck", and I bet others don't. We all tend to be overly critical of ourselves when we look in the mirror. Show me perfection?

Kind of a light red here. It was darker when I was younger but has lightened quite a bit over the years. I don't color it; too lazy. I get a lot of compliments on it and women stopping to ask me what number it is or what it's called, so I guess it's a nice color.

I have light brown hair. It was blond for a long time. I have a bit of white around the sideburn area and some grey mixed in with the brown. I really like my hair color except for the white around the sideburns. I have a bunch of cowlicks, 3 or 4, so my hair is pretty messy a lot of the time. It is thick and short, about 3/4 inch, maybe a bit longer.

Mine depends on the time of year and the lighting. I'm a dark blonde/strawberry blonde, it usually lightens up during the summer.

Dull brown, really dark brown underneath. The top bleaches out like crazy in summer. Typically it's highlighted with blonde or red or both.

Dark brown with reddish undertones. If I'm outside a lot in summer it lightens up a bit. Right now there's a lot of white coming in...not subtle grey, not silver highlights, but very obvious brilliant white. My eyebrows are still black.
It wasn't too noticeable before unless I put my hair up, but it's starting to come in at my temples and around my face as well. I'm at the point I really need to start coloring it, but I'm too cheap and lazy to do it quite yet. Besides the last time I colored it I wound up with a purplish tone to it like my avatar.

Pale blonde. In the summer, it's lighter than my skin.

So dark brown it's almost black naturally. But I get all over highlights in varying shades running from blonde to caramel to lighten and soften the look. I don't think I'll ever stop coloring it!

Light blond as a kid and it darkened as I got older to a "dish water"
I put lightener on it in my early 20s and still do....though it appears to be going grey at the temples.
I use a silver rinse so it doesn't have "brass tones"....but its the right colour for my skin tone so looks quite natural.

Light to medium brown, but have been thinking of coloring it a reddish color. However, I'm too chicken to do that too. I may get up the nerve to change it...
FWIW, I'm 35 and have never colored it.

Ok, so this thread became a bit more timely on Saturday. I recently got my hair cut from shoulder length to an layered chin length bob. So when I tuck my hair behind my ears you can see my solid white temples. DD (yanno - the one who may not make it to 18?) looks at me: Her: "Gee Mom, you have a lot of white in your hair..." Me: "Yep, I come by it honestly" Her: "Are you going to do anything about it?"
