I like sweets every now & then but I never get a craving for them.
I do get cravings for salty items. I can't pass up potato chips either.

Original Lays are the best, bar none.

I didn't even used to like original Lays that much. I like them more now. I also crave two brands that are local in my hometown area. I used to be able to get 1/2 in my college town. When we go to Myrtle Beach to visit family we have to take them bags of chips.

Of course, after that build up, you probably won't be able to find them. I'd never even heard of them until I moved here, and it's mostly just a local company that makes them here. I don't know if any other company makes them, because when I am craving them, I only look for that brand--Old Dutch, if they're distributed nationally. If not, I'll mail you some. There are dill pickle chips sold up here, I think it's a canadian company. I'm not much for chips, but those are fantastic!!!

I come home with a trunk full of that brand of chips when I head up, all varieties.

I'm a Salt & Vinegar slave too. I can take or leave any other kind of chip, but I could eat a bag of S&V in one sitting (actually came close last week. DH is lucky he didn't lose a hand ;P).

Well, now I'm hungry. I love reese cups crumbled up and mixed into vanilla ice cream. I'm also a potato chip junkie. and I've often wondered how much bacon I could eat at one sitting if societal pressures weren't holding me back.

OMG, you have no idea. I have been craving Taco Bell for the last several days, and I haven't eaten at Taco Bell in YEARS! I specifically want a crunchy beef taco (or two... or three) or an order of Nachos Bell Grande. Those are definitely things I'd scarf alone in a dark corner.

Has anyone ever had crab chips??? YUM! UTZ makes them with Old Bay. The dill pickle ones are good too. When I used to travel up to Canada I would be sure to get a bag because you could not find them down here.
When I was pregnant I would crave steamed shrimp, wings and Chinese food....strange!
I usually don't crave any particular food, but I could probably live on bread. I looooovvveeee good bread.

Ohhhh, I love deep fried pickles! I guess they're more of a southern thing, because you don't see them around here much. But there's one stand that has them at the state fair, and it's the one thing I absolutely MUST get when I'm there.

I've been trying to diet and cut out some of the "bad" things lately. I need to lose some more weight, and my health in general doesn't need junk food. However, every couple of weeks when I'm buying my sugar-free mints (my cigarette substitute), I have to walk pass the shelf with the Reese' Fast Break candy bars on it. Then I get weak, break down, and have one on the way home. No way I'm gonna eat it at home. DW would destroy me.

Popeye's spicy extra crispy fried chicken with mashed potatoes and extra gravy. But I don't try to hide it - I just make sure I find a partner in crime to have some too.

Mmmmmm! Anything made with salt or sugar! Almost any kind of chips, like pringles, ripple chips, chips & salsa and of course something chocolate (candy, donuts) when the kids are NOT home. So much for my diet.

Chocolate Potato Chips/Shoestring potatoes Jelly Beans Tortilla Chips Peanuts
I ate 3 cups of honey roasted peanuts last night before bedtime, slept all night peacefully and awoke refreshed. Unusual for me.
I quit sneaking, feeling guilty and just enjoy the food although I think something is physically wrong with me as a regular meal is gone in about 2.5 hours.
ETA: Ice Cream

As I'm reading this, I'm devouring salty cheese crackers. It was a toss-up between having these or a bag of microwave popcorn.

I had never had Moose Tracks ice cream until this week! My in-laws emptied out their freezer before leaving for FL and gave us a container. So far all I've eaten is a giant chunk of fudge from the middle.
