It is a combination of all the above. Depends on the week as far as the Sunday newspaper. Some weeks you will get 2 or 3 inserts, some weeks 1, and occassionally, none. Internet printables: coupons.com, smartsource.com Sign up at your preferred manufacturers to receive e-mails - they will notify you of printable coupons.

All of the above as well. Also, my preferred grocery website will now download coupons directly to "membership" or "customer" card and deduct from the bill automatically if you purchase. Downside is that they don't double these "e-coupons" where the printed and the Sunday Insert style coupons they do double. My preferred store also mails coupons once a quarter they have "created" based on your purchase history. So things like a free dozen eggs happen occasionally too.

Mostly the Sunday newspaper. Sometimes off of a website like coupons.com. Sometimes, if you "like" a product on facebook, you have access to print a special coupon off their facebook page.
I'm new to actively couponing, so hopefully I'll get better at saving money as time goes on.

Why on my blog, of course! LOL I like the Sunday paper. Then I comb the sites and put the links on my blog. Two good ones I found today is another Q for eggs, .50/2 and for the first time ever Velveeta, 1.00/1. When people hit the links, all of the other Qs on that site come up as well. So I do the work and then use my blog to print. Easy if they're in the same spot.

pretty much the Sunday paper. My local store won't accept printed coupons, and of course, they don't double, etc. We are getting a super Walmart soon, so maybe that will change!

Sunday paper mostly.
No store in my area will accept coupons printed out on a computer.

The Sunday paper for me, too. Every Tuesday there's a separate Red Plum insert mailed along with the food ads here in Seattle. Fortunately for me, my neighbors universally toss theirs into the lobby recycle bin. If there are any coupons I like, I get extras. This week there's a coupon for a free bowl of oatmeal at McDonalds, no purchase necessary. When this ran before I mailed a handful to a guy I know who's unemployed. I've already rescued five inserts and will keep checking the bin for more. (Some of my neighbors don't check their mail every day. Me, I love checking my mail. I always hope that there will be something exciting in it. Usually there isn't, but sometimes there is.)

We have the same problem with local stores not accepting (readily) computer/online printed coupons.... some they will accept, some they won't. I've actually had good luck contacting some manufacturers and just ASKING for coupons.

I love checking my mail. I always hope that there will be something exciting in it. Usually there isn't, but sometimes there is. Me too!!!! Especially because I try to request all the free samples I can get from places like mysavings.com. So I never know when I open my box if I'm going to get a nice surprise! Last week I got 5 free dental floss picks!!!! I was very excited. ;D The best one, a couple years ago, was a free roll of toilet paper! Not just a sample, a whole roll!!!!

Sunday paper. I get it for $1.00 and it usually has the best Q's. If I need multiples of a certain Q, I'll order them online, but I've only done that a few times because the minimum orders are $3.00 and I usually only need about $1.00 worth!

Sunday paper, internet sites and sometimes on ebay if it's a really good coupon and will save me more money than what I spend on it. Coupondede is a clipping site, but like frugalnurse said, you have to have a $3.00 minimum.
