I imagine a few people needed one this morning. What works for you?

When I drank, it was a vitamin powdered drink mix called Emergen-C. It did a fantastic job, I still use it every morning.

Greasy, starchy food usually helped me out.

Just don't take Tylenol, it can cause a reaction with alcohol which causes severe liver damage.

A few slices of plain toast and advil, washed down with hot tea and/or plenty of water.

The only thing that ever somewhat worked for me was running. The second you wake up you throw on a pair of sneakers head out the door and start running. Not a jog, not power walking, all out running. Just a smidge below your top sprint speed. I never made it more than a quarter mile tops, before my body would revolt. I'd vomit out everything in my system, getting the blood pumping would get rid of the headache, between the run and the walk back you get stretched out and warmed up. By the time you get back home you can down some water, eat something, take a multi-vitamin, and you're good to go.

Gatorade or VitaWater. Slice of greasy cheese pizza (preferably from Casey's). If that does not work then it is on to hair of the dog....it works every time.

Going back to bed for 24 hours is good one too. That is one reason to stop drinking when you have kids. I would guess you can't really sleep all day if they are pestering you for things like food and stuff.

Keep drinking... I've found a shot of whiskey is a good way to start the day....when you're hungover of course! .....or any other time as well.

Alka seltzer after you stop drinking - before going to sleep passing out. Then BC powder the next morning.

I don't think so....I'm pretty sure its just a chick that looks alot like her. It didnt mention her anywhere on the site that I found the pic, but I could be wrong. I'm not a big fan of Angelina Jolie, but I sure as hell would be if she was a zombie!

::Then BC powder the next morning:: BC = birth control? It might be too late at that point...

I try to drink a bunch of water before going to bed. Seltzer or soda when I get up. If it's really bad, hair of the dog.

to greasy/carb rich food. Add a lot of water to that and some sort of painkiller. Generally, as long as I'm able to keep food down I'll be fine. The last time I couldn't eat post-debauchery was in college. The remedy that time was Ginger Ale and Saltines until I stopped moaning in agony and dry heaving
