I bought today's chocolate bar because it was on sale but I actually prefer other brands that have smaller scores, i.e. its easy to break into smaller pieces.
Do you have any preference whether your chocolate bars break into small or large pieces?

ROTFLOL. Anyone stockpiling with the predictions that chocolate prices could go up significantly?

I guess I'm in the minority so far. I like to take a few days to eat a chocolate bar since I don't burn as many calories as I used to.

No. When Walgreens had a sale on chocolate bars, I think I got them for $1.50 each, I discovered instead of just eating one chocolate bar a week I ate two.

We have a chocolate shop downtown that make their own chocolates, they are fabulous. Puts See's to shame.

Yes, and I have a separate fridge for the purpose. The shortage really isn't the issue; I just like to buy great chocolate when I see it, and I store it separate from everything else, since does better at a temperature setting that is different than my regular fridge.
I have a chocolate website in the works, so this buying is all for research. Really.

The one I bought today is 500 calories if I ate the whole thing at once.

Forgot to add, I've even met some small skinny people who can actually eat just one piece from their chocolate bar a day and can make a bar last over a week!

My GF can make a pint of ice cream last for a week or two. It's life is about 1 hour if I have it in my fridge :-)

A pint of ice cream is considered a single serving in my house.

Yeah, I know. It's like those single serving bags of potato chips, the 11 oz ones

Those little 1 oz bags annoy me, what's the point? With my sandwich I like the 99 cents bag of chips.

A pint of ice cream is considered a single serving in my house. Then why to Ben & Jerry's and Hagen Daaz come in pints if it's not a single serving?

Those 11oz. potato chip bags are dangerous. I prefer the smaller ones that only have 4 to 5 servings in them.

I've tried to eat a whole pint of ice cream and I can't. I'll get the chocolate bars from Trader Joes and eat like three squares (or whatever's in the row can't remember) every day. Which works unless I'm having a very bad day I'll eat like one Reese cup or half a Snickers or something. At my old job some of the managers had to go to the UK. They brought back a huge Cadbury chocolate bar. That stuff was amazing.

I use to be able to eat a pint of ice cream. Now, if I were to try, I'd start getting really sick.
I don't always have the best portion control, so I'm far more likely to avoid eating the stuff to begin with.

It's one of those dorm-room cube fridge things, and I got it for free. How could I say no to a free little fridge that works perfectly?

I'd like to score some chocolate.
I've been doing without what with the healthy food and exercise bit.
