Champagne bottles are a bitch to open. I twist the cork so it doesn't explode off the bottle but sometimes it won't budge. Put a dish towel over the cork before you twist. Prevents big messes.

Put a dish towel over the cork before you twist. Prevents big messes. It's actually fine when I twist it off. I can keep things neat without a dish towel... I got skillz... Im thinking No Unless you practice catch and release

I hold onto the cork as I twist it off. Nothing spills and the cork doesn't fly anywhere. Bragger! ;D

I was trying to open a fruit cup with mandarin oranges for my daughter and of course, liquid all over! do you try to take the lid off in one pull? I find I have better luck if I peel it back just enough to drain most of the liquid. only after it's drained will I peel it back the rest of the way.

LOL!! Yes. I was hoping Omni would appear when I said it that way. But it didn't work. So I guess I'll go cook stupid dinner. And of course, he'll show up when I leave. So give him some groping for me please.

<<MM starts warming up J's lap>> how's this? Pretty good. You know, since IHOP already knocked you up, there's no risk of pregnancy

Now, if this had been on the adult conversation board. I feel like its already there in spirit, especially when J talked about towels and big messes.

Until now, it never occurred to me that I could get the toilet paper started the same way I would open an obstinate fruit cup. Stab the **** out of it.

<<Seriously??? What's so difficult about starting a roll of toilet paper?>>
Sometimes the glue which attaches the end of the roll can leak through the roll layers, attaching several layers together into a huge wad. Or, if you use double-layered paper, the top layer sticks to the bottom layer and won't let go for many squares. Makes it hard to start a new roll, and flush what you have in hand.
