No, you are probably not! Well, I was aiming for creepy, but not bestiality-level creepy. but isn't that why you love me? Maybe since I know you wouldn't go there I didn't see it as you going there.

He has thousands of things spinning around in his head all the time. I have three, maybe four things tops and he's jealous. The only thing in my head right now is what I'm going to eat next and he's thinking about the basement, the snow blower, the driveway, the roof, the computers, and the dishwasher. And then there's retirement, health insurance, the teenager and her drama. The list just goes on and on and on....Yikes! That part kind of sounds like me! I'm the worrier in our family. DH may have one or two thoughts in his head. And one usually involves food. LOL!! He says that's because he knows I have everything already covered. And I try to explain to him that I have to do it because he doesn't! Daphne - Thanks for sharing! I'm glad things are getting better for you guys! Or I hope they are.

Daphne, that sounds like my head, except I'm not anxious, just ADD.

Daphne, that sounds like my head, except I'm not anxious, just ADD. CL Does that mean all the thoughts fly in and out every time a shiny object catches your eye? I've actually used that analogy to my DH. We think about something, and then oooh -- shiny object! He truly doesn't believe me. It's pretty smurfing funny! It's kinda like pinball in there, they bounce off each other and quite often right out of my head. I'm an interrupter because if I'm polite and wait my turn I'm gonna forget what I was gonna say. Shiny, pretty, just smurfing there, it doesn't really matter. I'm easily distracted. Until I lay down and try to sleep. Not easy to do when the pinballs won't stop. It actually wakes me up in the middle of the night quite often.

Daphne, I do a version of that, just not the Sesame Street song. If I use music I'll be up all night singing things to myself. I just wander off into my little world that only exists in my head, but it doesn't work every night. I do have the ability to wake myself up out of a nightmare. I'll think to myself "that's enough of this crap" and wake up. I've had some interesting dreams. they only ones that scare me involve my actual family. If it's all blood & guts on strangers it's more like I'm watching a movie. lol

My woman was a nut when she was a teenager always in trouble and they diagnosed her with all this mental crap. Once she got away from her parents she miraculously self medicated. Some friends warned be about her past history but I judged her based on her actual behavior as a young woman, haven't had any problems since.

I call that too much imagination Daphne I can do that too if I let myself wander into that train of thought, I've learned not to.

I figured I should get a grip on it before they caught me all upset too many times and had my head examined. I hope it doesn't come back for you too. I've learned to "leash" a lot of the craziness so I don't get crap from others, mostly mom.

Wait, that may have come out more gross than I intended? I'm not sure. Can someone give me a grossness reading on that? If you had just said "I spend qualities time with my kitty" it would've been okay. For what you said, I give you 3.5 barfs.
