I got an iPad for Christmas from TD (which was wonderful in the hospital) but the auto- correct is just strange.
It hates scientific terms, so I always need to type out the work correctly....again.
And TD told me that it hit again.......grrrrrrrr.......

the autocorrect on my iPod is ridiculous too. For some reason it wants to change "as" to "A's".

I just wrote an email to a client. The auto correct changed "autopay" to "autopsy"

My ITouch has 'auto correction' and 'check spelling'. I haven't experienced unwanted change in words. What does happen is a popup suggesting spelling of a word will appear.
The ITouch is a great little gadget. Every time an email comes in the ITouch pings. Saves the time of turning my computer on to check for mail.

Ha! I see it doesn't automatically insert those apostrophies for me anymore.

The Feeb...thank you so much! Ive had this for 5 months and couldnt figure it out! I had to google it. I'm trying to decide whether or not to turn off mine. I like it putting in the apostrophes, but hate what it does to other words.

I like the title of this thread. I'm trying to think what drives my nuts. Banana peels, twist ties, plastic produce bags, coffee filters, ..........

I was doing the talk to text thing with Goose once when he called and was telling him that I was driving around in a Gerbil car. It asked him "how are your blue balls." I think my phone felt sorry for him cause he wasn't getting any.
