I make a great Buffalo Chicken Pizza -- a thin layer of bleu cheese dressing, chicken breasts roasted and then tossed in buffalo sauce, and mixed mexican blend cheese Sigh... I miss working at the pizza shop! I used to make my own pizzas all the time, and I always made a buffalo chickenless pizza. I would spread wing around the dough like I would the sauce and top with our cheese blend and cook. When it comes out of the oven, I'd give it a swirl of bleu cheese. I want one! <<notes buffalo chickenless pizza should be made on the roadtrip>>

ham, black olive & hot peppers (preferably banana peppers, but jalapenos are ok too) when I make pizza at home, I start with a whole wheat crust & clean out the fridge: peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, artichokes, spinach, onions, olives, asparagus, Canadian bacon, etc NO PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA

NO PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA
I have to admit I was under the influence of a certain herbal appetite stimulant the first time I tried it, now I love it.

Back then, Mexican Brown was all I could afford. Working through an eighth of Purple Hog right now.

When I buy pizza from a good house, Marguerite is my fave. If I have it from a chain house, it's black olive, mushroom and feta. When I make my own at home, it's pepperoni and anchovy with basil pesto and danish fontina, with a little parmesano reggiano on the top.

Not really, $50.00 an eighth is average.
