The terrible pile up in Florida has unintended consequences on illegal immigration. An illegal immigrant family from Marietta Georgia, migrated here illegally over a decade ago is killed except for one survivor-a fifteen year old girl. The family came from Brazil, and the father actually ran a church in Georgia. The Brazilian consul has said Brazil will not be paying for transportation of the family back to Georgia for burial. they said, It is an American immigration issue.......There was initial fear of other family members worried that the 15 year old would be deported, but not to worry. ICE says they have more important things to worry about. I do not have the answer to this issue, but what about "illegal" pertaining to non citizens does our Government not understand? usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/0....ont-be-deported

I realize it is not the fault of the child who survived this accident. I realize, or assume the family was self supporting, and not a liability to our government agencies. They were here breaking our laws. That is the bottom line. Our problem in the USA is, now our Government does not believe an illegal situation involving immigrants is "not of a severe nature", and yet if this was an American cititizen without proper driver ID and car insurance, all heck would break out from government agencies.

No it wouldn't, it'd be screw you, the unfortunate victim of a non insured illegal. It happens all the time here.
