hello,
The term dependent can be defined as a qualifying child or qualifying relative.
What is the definition of nondeductible dependent?

I would guess it would be literal, a dependent that is not deductible....I guess it would be a dependent that does not meet the qualifying child or qualifying relative tests
I do not see that term being used in any IRS material and I did search for the term on my tax law library and did not see that term used....
