I've read a couple of times about how you grind your own flour. I also just read where there was a huge price increase on your last order of wheatberries. Just a heads up if you don't already know, aside from the droughts here this year, there is a global wheat shortage that has been building for some time. We can expect the the price of wheat and foods that contain wheat to skyrocket. Can you store more than 25 or 50 pounds of wheatberries? If so, you might want to stock some now before the price goes higher. Just a thought.

Awww, shucks, it was nothing. But thanks for the karma, DancinMama. (Hey, that rhymes, LOL, well, at least for those of us who drop their "r"s in their daily speech! Seriously, for my own weird reason I have been forced into knowing more about commercially prepared baked goods than I care to. That info, though, also applies to home bakers -- especially to those with their own grist mill! Happy to share.
