for those of you with access to NatGeo broadcasting, they are currently airing a continuous stream of 9/11 coverage. some shows are repeats of original coverage, others are documentary format using actual audio and video clips from 10 years ago. if you are so inclined to take a look back, peace to you. I've seen some chilling clips already in the 40 minutes I've been watching. if you are not so inclined to take a look back, peace as well, and please don't sully the thread here as to why not. that is your choice. love and light to you all as we approach this somber anniversary.

Chiver-did you ever see the theatrical release United 93? I did not see it in the theaters as I thought it would be one of those cheesy movies. After all, how do you make a film that respects the victims.
I was wrong. I saw it on pay TV and as painful as it was to watch,, it was a very ell done movie.
If you have not seen it, please do so. It is harrowing but heroic.

I am not able to watch any of it, but do plan to visit the WTC in October, while I am in NYC. Not sure if I am really ready to go there, but I think I have to. I had friends in both towers (everyone survived), and my dad was a firefighter in New York.

I don't want to remember that day. I just can't imagine the horror the people endured in the towers or on the planes. My heart goes out to the firefighters too.
