News Corporation Scandal
This scandal involving the Murdoch Empire has brought a lot of joy to the Liberal Media especially at MSNBC, NBC, CBS, and CNN......they all think this scandal might just lead to Murdoch's son and thus possibly bring down the Murdoch Empire....MSNBC would love to see the end of their competitor, Fox News.......... IMHO

IMHO they shouldn't celebrate so much. i am betting they knew what was happening a long time ago, and did nothing. that is because they are a bunch of cowards. furthermore, most of the major networks are now where FOX was in 2000. that is not exactly something to brag about. we need antitrust laws to be enforced in the media. NOW.

Americans better wake up. What does it take? A two by four across the head? They were supposed to have hacked the phone lines of 9/11 survivors and families. If so, I hope some of the self-styled conservatives let the "Fair and Balanced" news network have it. We don't need that. they were not supposed to have done it. they did it. that part is fairly well known. what is emerging is how many other people they did it to, as well. hundreds? thousands? more? inquiring minds want to know.

The story is beginning to affect the financial health of Murdoch’s News Corp. conglomerate. Multiple advertisers have already boycotted News of the World, and the stock of the company was down five percent yesterday as investors began to sell shares. Prime Minister David Cameron, a former political ally of Murdoch, has condemned the hackings and called for an investigation. Murdoch has personally called the allegations deplorable and said he will cooperate with the investigation. Critics say that Murdoch needs to go further by firing the former editor at News of the World who now runs Murdoch’s British newspaper empire. The investigation may reveal more hackings, and if any connection is shown Murdoch’s American businesses then Fox News could be implicated as well. Most damning may be the damage done to Murdoch’s brands. The news business is ultimately all about trust, and Murdoch’s publications and networks may have lost the public’s trust in their effort to get the latest scoop from private citizens’ cell phones. Murdoch was just hit with a white substance by some attacker during today's committee hearings...Murdoch's wife came to his defense and hit the guy with a slap on his head..
BREAKING NEWS: Incident halts testimony before UK parliament by Rupert and James Murdoch
The attacker's name is Johnny Marbles who is a stand up comic and apparently tried to throw a pie in Murdoch's face or some white substance.. Now the British Security is being lambasted by the news media.

Marbles should have got some friends dressed up as medieval peasants and walked around with rubber pitchforks and electric torches. At least that would have been funny.

Murdochs knew nothing, saw nothing, and did nothing wrong...it was all the fault of some rogue reporters and editors.. And if you mess with Rupert Murdoch you have to deal with his wife...who is now being called a hero for protecting her husband from an attacker today during a committee hearing before the Brits Parliament..
