Noooooooooo! Say it ain't true. Let's review here. How many times have CONSERVATIVES brought up this happening & LIBERALS on these boards saying that it DOESN'T HAPPEN? I know I have brought it up more than twice & every time the answer is the same.....No way, you have to prove citizenship before you can get anything. Well here's a high profile case where it DID HAPPEN & if there's one high profile case (a member of the Presidents family) then you know that there are thousands of low profile cases out there (if not more).
The truth is that it's EASY to get free money because there is no check system. And I'll say here that it's only partly the governments fault. That's because the system was poorly designed by the people who came up with it (liberals) & was then passed on to someone that shouldn't have been running it in the first place (the government) because of the bureaucracy that come with anything the government runs.
So here we are with a system that: gives money away to people that aren't eligible, no checks for qualifications on who gets the money, that demoralizes a whole class of people many of which will never better themselves because of it, & yet liberals want to start EVEN MORE of these social programs.
I'll be honest, I'm beginning to think that some people are able to walk, talk, & reproduce & yet still be brain dead. Now it would be different if they (liberals) ever actually faced up to the problems for society that they cause but they don't. Either there are no problem (according to them) or they are very few (a minor percentage). Well time after time we see this stuff come up & maybe they would be isolated things except the system has no real review so they aren't looking for abuses. If we find this many instances of abuse without looking, just how many would be find if we really looked hard for them. I'm betting at least 30% of the money spent on these programs is given out in what should be....error.
Government run programs come out of Crap Central (Congress)!

Actually, yes you can. There are instances where a combined SSI and SSDI entitlement are not sufficient to support an individual person. In this case, the person is eligible for section 8 housing, SNAP benefits and possible a small amount of cash benefit
