beta.news.yahoo.com/supreme-court-limits-wal-mart-sex-bias-case-142224459.html[q]The justices all agreed that the lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. could not proceed as a class action in its current form, reversing a decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco[/q] Basically what was said is that not enough evidence is there to tie it into being a Class-Action lawsuit, the plaintiff's can still file discrimination charges on there own.

What? The 9th Circus reversed? Well, you don't see that very often.

Hey this was hot news about 2 weeks ago, what with the Wal-Mart Union thread and how big and bad Wal-Mart was, Just thought I would lay the decision out there for all to read.

The justices all agreed .... By a 5-4 vote ...(from link in the OP) Mr. Sherman, author of the article in the OP, should be fired for sloppy reporting/writing.

I think this was a good decision. Individual lawsuits will be much better for everyone except plaintiffs' class action attorneys.

The commonality was gender and lower pay. That should be enough. These guys don't get it.

Whom ever took this class action suit is going to lose a big payday. I wonder if all those class action suits for any and every thing advertised on tv will disappear.
