Obama sure tried to be all things to all people. Didn't work out real well for him. . .

I don't subscribe to the Bilderberg conspiracy theory newsletter-- maybe you should start a thread on the topic and provide some resources? I literally know nothing about it.

Perry will get my vote if he listens to everyone calling him asking for the groping bill to get included in the special session. If he blows that off and gets the nod, I'll sit it out or vote Independant. Not that it'd matter here in TX because he'll win this state regardless.

What the hell is the "groping" bill-- is that the anti-TSA measure? Is there some question he would oppose it?

Thanks- and I called his office btw. Thank you. I've called a few times ( I'm originally from Chicago after all) and have yet to speak with a person. I take the phone lines being busy as a good sign. Unfortunately the latest news is there's no plan to introduce them in special session. It's a shame too. My kids love to fly. This summer we'll be driving to DC to visit my brother and next March (Spring Break) we'll be driving to FL for our Disney cruise.

27 million is peanuts compared with IL's 15 BILLION. And I'm not certain you've got your facts right anyway- but even if we assume you do, that's peanuts.

No Il gov. has ever been accused of being a fiscal genius. A lot of other things, but not that. And you are right of course,27 mil is" peanuts",27 mil here, 27 mil there, no big deal.

I wouldn't worry so much that he is a 'Bilderberger' as I would that he gave tacit approval to murder and then tried to cover it up.

He supports in state tuition for illegals, also. Border issues are big for me, and they should be for any border state. I won't discount a person over one issue, but I do like to know what politicians think about things. I have been looking in to Perry, because I would like to find a way to support him... hey, I'm from Texas and the economy there is kicking butt comparatively... I have noticed in comments to articles that I am not the only one questioning his Bilderberg connection.. Perry is starting to remind me of Romney some. I wanted Romney last time, but my thinking has changed in many ways in the last few years. Problem IS-- it will take one of these types to beat Obama, probably, and I'm not sure much would change. I don't know. It's still early..

Didn't he pretty much legalize individuals hiring illegals also?

Hey, evt-- who did he "murder"? He failed to halt the execution of a man who was convicted based on unscientific 'expert testimony', that was shown to be wrong, when he was aware he could be innocent. Later he mucked around with the investigation into the case. Anyone with a shred of humanity would have at least temporarily halted the execution until the questions were resolved. The State murdered the guy- and the governer basicly gave the go ahead at the last minute so the murder is on him as far as I am concerned. www.innocenceproject.org/Content/Cameron_Todd_Willingham_Wrongfully_Convicted_and_Executed_in_Texas.php

Interesting. I'll read over that. Make no mistake, though, I will vote ABO, no matter what. Might be better, can't be worse.

Notice how he deflected by questioning if you got your facts are right. Of course he is right your post was not correct.
