No, it's not "allegedly". Bush came to Congress- Obama didn't. There's debate about whether an authorization to use force meets the Constitutional requirement of Congress's "Power to declare war". But there's no debate over whether or not Obama has get Congressional approval.

If it hasn't gone before the court, and the judges have not rendered a decision, it's "allegedly".

Oh hardly. OJ is as guilty as sin. But the case went before the courts and he was acquitted, so he can't be guilty, right? You have a fundamental misunderstanding of the issue at hand. Let me assist you. Before OJ had the benefit of a trial, it was alleged that he committed the crimes Having had the benefit of a trial where he had the chance to defend himself in a court of law, he was found not guilty. A decision with which I and most of the sane folks in America who watched the trial strongly disagree, Now, the charges of "illegal" and "unconstitutional" have yet to be defended. When and if that occurs, and a decision is rendered, then you may feel inclined to agree or disagree with the verdict Until he gets his day in court, which I frankly don't see happening, it's alleged.

Kucinich now wants to cut off all military funding or shut down the Pentagon because of the war in Libya that he opposed.. And he might just have some support for his latest anti-war effort on both sides of the aisle....something tells me Kucinich may be asked to play golf with Obama to resolve their differences,,
