Chicken quesidillias.
take frozen chicken nuggets (a staple in my house) grind up in food processor, spread on burrito shell, sprinkle on some cheese, (can add chopped onion, peppers or whatever) put another burrito shell on top, nuke for 60 sec. cut into quarters with a pizza cutter, and add salsa in the middle. 10 minutes, and if you use paper plates, you only have to wash your blender and pizza cutter.
