04/13/10 09:24 PM BBQ chickenUse leftover fried chicken (sometimes the stores have their deli fried chicken in the refrigerated area the next day, reduced to really cheap). Dip each piece into BBQ sauce and place on a cookie sheet covered with tin foil. You can pile the chicken if you need to, cover it all with tin foil and bake in the oven (around 350 for 1/2 an hour or until heated through). You could probably heat it up on the grill instead if you wanted. This is how several places do it if they have a buffet and had a lot of leftover fried chicken from the night before (or even two nights before).
