There's a $55 monthly fee for one channel of pay per view? I'm so confused...

Once or twice a month, depending on whether there's one or two fight cards that month.

You'll have to ask the YM gods if splitting the costs makes it acceptable. Lord knows that would not be me

HOO Did you confess this sin on the thread?? Where is Phil when you need him! Lets see 25/mos=300/yr In 30 yrs that would be $70,755 assuming constant rate of 11% Or the cost of one cheeseburger in 2101

Further proof . . . Directv just notifed me that they are going up on their pricing. I can't say how much without looking at the bill itself, but I did notice they went up on the receivers $1 a month. I have a total of four receivers.
Oh, woe is me.

Ok I tried to insert a cheeseburger-but it doesn't like me!
If it makes you feel better I just got notice of a $10 increase to my cable-thinking of canceling and switching to bundled Direct Tv-but I HATE contracts

Once or twice a month, depending on whether there's one or two fight cards that month. I'm sending my husband to your house for the next fight! Sometimes he goes out, sometimes he has friends over but with the holidays, he has been getting them at home. I'm going to be eating cat food when I retire if he doesn't stop this frivolous spending!

Applebees back home was advertising that they were going to have the fight. Of course then you'd spend money on drinks and food.

I'm sure I could rack up a bar bill bigger than $55 over a couple hours.

I'm sure I could rack up a bar bill bigger than $55 over a couple hours. Definitely. Plus, once it's over (which is like 1 AM), I only have to make it 100 feet to my bed.

I'm sure I could rack up a bar bill bigger than $55 over a couple hours. Pfft. That's just the warmup. A 3 figure bar bill, easy peasy.
