beth - We can only dream! $25K for a condo -- I saw a guy selling a parking space in a nice condo for more than that. Don't know if anyone bought it though. Around here the standard price for a condo parking space is $30-35k.

Around here the standard price for a condo parking space is $30-35k. I think I found it memorable because the guy specifically bought just the spaces hoping to flip them later! I can see selling an extra parking if your condo came with 2 stalls or something, but really, flipping parking spaces was just to me. Normally, I don't even know what a parking space sells for. But, given how much people will pay per month, I can definitely see it happening.

so I got the quarterly's Cleared 25k just. I don't think that is bad for 3+ years out of school! It takes a fair amount of assets to get rid of the negative the SL create all the other debt had an asset worth more then the debt level.
