I have started adding a lot of supplements the last few years:
Multi-Vitamin Calcium + D3 Fish Oil (twice a day) Magnesium (2 at bedtime)
Thinking about adding CoQ10
At one point I was taking Vitamin E because I read it helped with hot flashes. I couldn't tell much of a difference so after a few months I stopped taking it.

That's an interesting article.
I take fish oil because I do not eat fish or seafood at all.
I will ask my cardiologist about this at my next appointment, coming up soon.

I also take it because I do not really eat foods with fish oil. I may knock it down to once a day instead of twice.

Flaxseed is a good vegan source of the same Omega 3s as fish oil. I put flaxseed in anything I make with ground meat. Good source of fiber too.
I got put off fish oil when I found out so much of it is actually rotten, that's why your breath smells like fish after you take it. Fish oil should not produce any odor or taste at all. Fish oil is light sensitive and temperature sensitive. A lot of it is stored in open warehouses so it ends up going bad even though the expiration date says otherwise.

We take vitamin D during winter
but think I might be low on B12 so just looking at ways to increase it.
It says meat, fish, dairy, so am going to have to start making a bit of an effort.

Vitamin B Complex was a godsend for me to keep the hot flashes and night sweats in check. You may find they start up if you stop that. Right now I'm taking Magnesium Breakthrough to help with restless legs and sleep issues. It has multiple types of Magnesium and it is working like they said it would. I also take Red Yeast Rice + CoQ10. The doctor wanted me on a statin and I refused, this was a compromise. In the past I have taken a long list of other supplements. I also took curcumin for inflamation and am considering starting that one up again.
OMG - After quitting Vitamin B Complex, I did start getting night sweats. I am back on Vitamin B Complex. Thank you! I might not have put the two together.
