She looked tired. Clearly she has been ill. I am not a conspiracy person, and I believe that Kate’s condition is what they say it is. That said, I don’t have a large knowledge base - but the limited people I know who have gone through chemo, by week 3 they have already shaved their head because of the hair loss. It is reported she started chemo in Feb - and her hair looked firmly intact. Either that was the most bestest wig or is there some kind of chemo where you keep your hair?? None of my business and I hope she journeys back to good health quickly. Not every form of chemotherapy causes hair loss. Depends on the cancer as to what drugs she has received. The rapid advances in oncology have lead to broader options for treatment, so when lay people use the word “chemo” it could encompass things like immunotherapy, which does not cause hair loss, for example. Wouldn’t read much into intact head of hair That is good news. Maybe when I get cancer I can keep my hair.

It did thin some, but definitely didn't need to shave her head.

Drs decided to make the last dose a solid one to make sure they got everything. welp, everything fell out, even his eyelashes. that was 1996, and he's still here to joke about it.

The USA Today video clip of the Baltimore bridge collapse is titled: "Baltimore bridge partially collapses after collusion with cargo ship, rescue underway." How many conspiracy theories will that cause?

Joe and Hunter Biden personally sneaked into that ship and damaged the controls because the ship was carrying proof of their crimes. They were trying to sink it.
Also Joe Biden can’t stay awake for 5 minutes or do anything that takes cognitive thought. And he is dead.

One cannot make this nonsense up. Utah lawmaker blames 'diversity' for Baltimore bridge collapsePhil Lyman, a state representative, retweeted and commented on a post that focused on a commissioner for the Port of Baltimore who is a Black woman. Diversity, equity and inclusion has become such a flashpoint across the country that a politician in Utah, state Rep. Phil Lyman, inferred it was the reason a huge container ship plowed into and knocked down the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, leaving six people presumed dead. “This is what happens when you have governors who prioritize diversity over the wellbeing and security of citizens,” said Lyman, a Republican running for governor, said in a post on X. Lyman’s post included a retweet of the Young Conservative Federation, which wrote: “Let’s meet the Commissioners for the Port of Baltimore, starting with Karenthia A. Barber. She knows nothing about Ports, but she is a ‘diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) auditor and consultant.’” A photo and bio of Barber, a Black woman, was included in the post. Later, Lyman posted: “DEI=DIE.” Rest of article here: Utah lawmaker blames 'diversity' for Baltimore bridge collapse

Buttigieg, alongside the whining that he hadn't yet gone there to see anything in person.

So every high level position held by someone who is not a straight white male is a diversity hire? It’s not possible for a non white non male non straight person to be competent enough to hold that kind of job?
The governor of Maryland is a black man, Wes Moore. He wrote a book called the Other Wes Moore about growing up in a lower income part of Baltimore with another boy also called Wes Moore. He tracks their parallel lives, with the other Wes getting into drugs and gangs and ultimately prison, while (primarily due to his determined Mom) went to a military boarding school when he started running wild. A very thoughtful, well written book on how we could help more poor kids stay on the right side of the law and become successful adults.
I read it at about the same time I read Vance’s book about growing up in the Ohio rust belt/Appalachian Kentucky - Moore’s book was better, but both are worth a read.

The only qualified person for any position is a straight white male. The rest of you are inferior. Once you know your place and accept it, things can go back to the way they are supposed to be. So get back into the kitchen

I am sorry you had to deal with it but for me personally it is no big deal. If they really doubt me I will refer them to the target groups of the KKK It wasn't just people of color, though they undoubtedly received the worst of the KKK vile and criminal behavior, but also those "they nailed Jesus to the cross" Jews and those papish Catholics.

thanks, it's no big deal for me, I have a thick skin. I was raised Catholic and identify as a "recovering Catholic" when asked. after a childhood of having all of my questions brushed off, I completed my Confirmation ceremony solely for my Nana's sake. I couldn't wait to get out of there. and then I was a Newly Minted Adult TM in 2002 when Spotlight broke it all open about the Archdiocese of Boston, where I was raised. that sealed the deal for me that I was all set with the Catholic Church.

I heard two good conspiracies today.
Kari Lake claims Hillary Clinton is plotting to kill her, and Marge Taylor Greene says the Democrats want to get Trump into prison so they can murder him.
The far righties are pretty blood thirsty.

I doubt Hillary thinks about her much at all.

That’s where these stupid conspiracy theories fall apart. For what possible reason would Hillary Clinton engage in a conspiracy to murder someone and risk going to jail - especially for a loud mouthed former TV reporter who sues everyone and has yet to win an election? There is no reasonable explanation. I saw in her wiki page she also grew up Catholic, then became Buddhist until 2015, then she decided she was an evangelical Christian. Seems to be a fairly flexible person. Any way the wind blows.

So by the time of Hillary' trial for knocking off Kari Lake, Hillary would be long dead. Come to think of it, WCP's news flashes to us were often found on the cover of The National Enquirer.
