Ahhh. Smartmatic Vows to ‘Expose the Rest’ of Fox News’ Alleged ‘Misconduct’ After Dominion Settles Massive Lawsuit: Report
In the wake of Dominion Voting Systems settling its defamation lawsuit against Fox News for $787.5 million – just under half of the $1.6 billion it had sued for – Smartmatic, which is suing the right wing cable network for $2.7 billion, is vowing to “expose” the rest of the “misconduct” it is alleging. “Dominion’s litigation exposed some of the misconduct and damage caused by Fox’s disinformation campaign. Smartmatic will expose the rest,” the company said in a statement, as The New York Times reports. Rest of article here: Smartmatic Vows to ‘Expose the Rest’ of Fox News’ Alleged ‘Misconduct’ After Dominion Settles Massive Lawsuit: ReportIt’s like those shark week videos where they throw the fish scraps in the water and there’s that tumult of shark fins, and Fox is the chum. I need to go over to Fox News and see how they are spinning this.

Fox website has it as the 31 st story from the top, past the top story about how much income the Biden’s reported last year, a tv star losing a lot of weight, and a Bud-is- toast article.
About two paragraphs, but at least they acknowledge they didn’t report the news to exactly right at the time.

Nothing about the lawsuit, but did you know that President Biden is working with the cartels to bring children across the border and putting them to work?

The Biden family is a huge criminal syndicate stealing children. This statement is something I actually saw this week, can anyone guess if I saw it on Fox News or in a Reddit post? It’s like Fox lost, but hasn’t learned a thing about why they lost.

Wonder what they will pay the other company now less. it is not nearly the company that Dominion is. as far as i know, it was ONLY operating in California.

Fox has no journalistic standards. This settlement proves this. Fox's official statement regarding the settlement from the above post's link: “We acknowledge the court’s rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false. This settlement reflects Fox’s continued commitment to the highest journalistic standards,” the Fox statement said. “We are hopeful that our decision to resolve this dispute with Dominion amicably, instead of the acrimony of a divisive trial, allows the country to move forward from these issues.” continued? it would be nice if they had STARTED before they said this. PROOF that they had ANY standards would be an ombudsman.

Well it is only lunch time in CA so give FOX until dinner and they'll weave those two stories together. The proof could have been found in those infamous EMAILS

George Will: Fox News’ $787.5 million Dominion settlement was 'good for the law'Many far-right MAGA Republicans have been furious over the outcome of Dominion Voting Systems' $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, which found the plaintiff and the defendant reaching a settlement on Tuesday, April 18 and Fox News agreeing to pay Dominion $787.5 million. As they see it, Fox News was unfairly taken to the cleaners and shouldn't have to pay such a huge amount. But Never Trump conservative George Will has a very different viewpoint. In his April 20 column for the Washington Post, the veteran columnist, now 81, argues that the settlement was "good for both parties and for the law." The lawsuit, Will stresses, showed that Fox News behaved atrociously after the 2020 presidential election — and also showed how little the cable news outlet thinks of its own audience. Will explains, "Fox News never ventured onto the thin ice of arguing that it ever had even a smidgen of evidence to support what was said by the Dominion detractors…. By settling, thereby avoiding a trial, Fox News was spared further dissemination of embarrassments. These include internal communications that prove two things: First, pecuniary motives led Fox News to pander to (Donald) Trump adorers who, furious that on Election Night, the channel had correctly called Arizona for Joe Biden, were fleeing like lemmings to Newsmax — an unwavering defender of the indefensible…. Second, when not toadying to Trump, some Fox News personnel were saying, in effect, that they wished that he, like the Wicked Witch of the West, would melt away."
