I’ve actually sliced the pork chops to make them thin cut instead of the thick cut Costco sells. We bought a package today, but I left them as is. DH might try to smoke them in his big green egg. I'm guessing thicker works better for that. I'm trying to think if we've ever smoked the pork chops, but I'm not sure we (DH) has. I slice them for when DH wants them pan fried. He' an odd duck who occasionally likes pan fried, thin pork chops. I did buy a brisket at Costco for one of our Christmas parties. DH did a brilliant job smoking that; he doesn't even get to eat red meat any more.

Their broccoli cheese soup is pretty decent. Beyond their rotisserie chicken that's about all I've had. As a solo all the rest of their prepared stuff is too many servings.

Pretty sure the frozen fried rice that I made tonight was from Costco. It was tasty and 3 / 4 of us liked it. Dd10 is something of a super taster so any bit of black pepper gets her. Fortunately we have found a rhythm of her taking two bites and then quietly getting up to fix something else and as long as it includes fruit and a protein we are good.
