Musk said he used to vote Dem because he thought it was the party of ‘niceness’ but now the Dems are being mean to him so he’ll only vote GOP now. Doesn’t seem like he’s a deep thinker on politics. Just another quasi celeb who thinks we should care about his political views. Meh. I put him in the same basket with the Kardashians. I'm no kardashian fan but that doesn't seem fair to them! no wonder musk is gravitating towards trump, they are both extremely narcissistic, very focused on revenge. musk talks about having aspergers, but I'm wondering if that is just a cover for being narcissitic? Googling around, seems there is an overlap of presentation, but musk seems to be coming down on narcissism rather than aspergers I just don't know what to do about all my tesla stock now. Was very excited to get a tesla as my next car, now wondering if I might be too ashamed to be seen driving it.  Is the ceo of toyota an asshole? seems likely, but how would I know? I don't even know who is the ceo of toyota.... I do really believe in tesla, in the company vision and in how they have pushed the EV forward as a preferred choice rather than a strange, clunky, crunchy choice. the solar roof. I planned to be a consumer of all of it! I'll have to try and get some resolution to this..... |

Tesla is not the only electric car around - I follow Peter Sagal on twitter and recently saw this from him I know that, but tesla is the only major all EV company, and the pressure that tesla has put on the auto industry is forcing those others to really up the EV game. The cars also use vegan leather, which is important to me. musk didn't invent tesla or the roadster, he is a very prominent CEO, but at this point, I'd like to see him removed like he was with paypal. He did a lot of great things with tesla, but now he's not, and time to go I think. Hopefully he sells a bunch of shares to buy twitter and can be voted out. |

My brother is selling a piece of real estate this week, harvesting his substantial gains. I asked him if he might invest in Tesla as the stock price has recently fallen. He said They are no longer the only EV game in town, and now have substantial competition. He also said Teslas tend to be priced for the high end of the market, where as many of the newer EV offerings are targeted more yo the “average” American.
I thought DB had a point.
