Next up, I think Jeff Zucker is gone at CNN and then they revamp CNN back to it's old roots of being America's 24/7 cable news network.

But WarnerMedia, CNN's former parent, was acquired by Discovery on April 8, and the new owner had a different strategic vision for its streaming networks.

How many streaming services am I supposed to pay for?  I've got Netflix, Disney+, CBS all Access, and Hulu, as well has pay for the WaPo and local news websites.

I do think there are too many streaming services. I expect they will need to consolidate and/or reduce prices.

I hope they fold it into HBO Max.  I have 3 services now; HBO, Hulu (with Disney addon), and Netflix.  I switch around a lot though.  Right now I watch news via Hulu or Haystack, usually ABC news, and didn't feel anything was missing without CNN. I would watch it, if it was included with my HBO subscription.

Love the hair too!   Afraid I won't be getting out that way this year but maybe next year.   Due to a couple of knee surgeries, I can no longer ski so I don't have that excuse to go out there.  Will let you know if I do head out that way.

I originally was going to put it in current events, but felt it better suited for Politics, because that is where the political war in America is taking place with big media and democrats on one side and fox news and Republicans on the other side.
CNN has been simply a democratic talking points forum for democrats since 2008.

I see the person that complained wanted to know why it was in politcs, Moon responded and moved to Current events and then the same person tells her it belongs in the tv category, so via the poster's opinion if I put it in Current events they would still have bitched over that category..........I do realize it did not matter what forum I put it in for that person. I just consider the source.

This is about big politics and even bigger "big money conglomerates".

No.  Warner merged with Discovery.  The new corporate management team had a different vision and closed the door because they want to merge all the company's brands under one streaming service.  Your "facts-free" analysis style is a big reason why you lose so often.

Twitter is just Twitter, certainly not a Democratic stronghold. I think the problem is people who lie about things that can be proven should realize it's not really a freedom of speech issue. Libel, slander, and trying to overthrow the elected government is a problem.

please give it a rest. Tennesseer did not complain, he wasn't even the one who reported it to ask if it could be moved. it's moved now, it's here in CE, let's move on now.

I for one am digging the hair and the nails. I've always wanted to dye my hair like that, but I can't bring myself to bleach it.
