I know the majority of the board feels America leans left of center and is fairly progressive. Cable news ratings tell a different story. Fox buries other news networks and now leads in the profitable age segment, 25 to 54 yrs old demographic. They are also more likely to attract People from the right, from the center and now, people leaning slightly to the left, Whereas CNN and MSNBC attract mostly left leaning customers. This boides badly for CNN and MSNBC, Aand hurts the parent company, NBC/Comcast Also note the headline of the article announces Erin Burrnet leads CNN in demographic numbers. Now check her viewership numbers, and then check Fox numbers on the same line. www.msn.com/en-us/entertainment/news/cable-news-ratings-wednesday-april-6-erin-burnett-leads-cnn-in-the-demo/ar-AAVYz8P?li=BBnbfcL I am beginning to believe Republicans might actually pull Congress out of the mess it is in this fall.

What Fox does best compared to CNN and MSNBC is not play the race card 24/7 or still push Russian collusion hysteria, as members here tend to play that game also. America is watching and listening.

How many times do we have to rebut this meaningless bullsh**? Is this a dozen now? And if you had half a brain you would come up with a better line of attack.
Note that nobody anywhere expects you to come up with a reasonable line of attack, but at least spare us the stupid sh**.

I know you adore following cable news, but have you forgotten that the cable news market is much smaller than the regular mainstream broadcast channel news ... again?

I know you adore following cable news, but have you forgotten that the cable news market is much smaller than the regular mainstream broadcast channel news ... again? Pull their numbers. They are falling also. Doesn't matter. There are roughly 168 million registered voters. From what I remember pulling info last time, most of these voters did not watch broadcast or cable news. I personally would not extrapolate from any of those sources as to what it means for future votes in 2024. www.statista.com/statistics/273743/number-of-registered-voters-in-the-united-states/

Not play the race card. Funniest thing I saw today. You say that and then expect to be taken seriously

But fox isn't cable news. It's entertainment and opinion with an attempt at news before checking facts.

What downward spiral? What is so horrible that you need to use hyperbole to describe it? All you right wingers claim allegiance to the constitution, yet you let trump and McConnell shot all over it.

I'd be careful getting too cocky. A couple of them are actually coming out with a platform and then you never know when Trump is going to throw one of his hissy fits and tell voters to stay home.

I think VB’s obsession with these ratings is just a smokescreen for hiding behind and projecting away from his slavish support of the Insurrectionist-in-Chief that fomented an attack on our Democracy, attempted coup d’etat, and still has demented minions believing the election was stolen and that Trump will be back in the WH any day.
Value Buy....when will you denounce him and his attempt to usurp the Constitution? Or would you rather be a toady?

Let' put those number of cable viewers into perspective. From the 2020 U.S. census. Population Under Age 18 Declined Last Decade

The information is out there indicating why Donald Trump should not again be President. This country is doomed if there are enough American voters in the necessary states who ignore that evidence and reelect him. Trump would simply be the means to their end.

He is just like all conservatives. They have no care about the constitution. It’s all lip service.
Nothing hysterical about trump. He was actively trying to stay in power by overturning an election. It is unbelievable that you seem to ignore it and have no problem with what he I did and continues to do

Feel free to use adjectives. he was not terribly successful in his coup last time. he has nearly half of congress behind him this time. it is clear that he will not allow democratic governance going forward. he will not respect the two term limit. who should they? he feels he is "owed" another term, in addition to the next one that he doesn't win. in other words, we become an authoritarian state, like many other authoritarian states throughout history, and with similar fates: horrendous. once the constitution is destroyed, what puts it back into place?

i would note that this is extremely dangerous to the world. Greenland, for example, becomes vulnerable. i am not really joking about that.
