How are we to judge? I wasn't sitting in the court room listening to the testimony. I'm also guessing that the author of the piece that you've linked wasn't either. Their story about the trial and the outcome seems to have come entirely from pretrial documents and whatever was put out by the court after the trial. This is a cheap imitation of journalism. We have no idea how outrageously the bar or its owners or employees behaved or if they even put up a defense.
