No. We will follow the law, be it federal, state, local or contractual, but we are not going beyond that.

Son said in Washington state they are wearing masks. Also, he is federal, and they are required to get it, don't know when the last date is to get it done.

My job sent out an email that they were looking into the requirements a few months ago, but radio silence since. My office has a mask required sign on the door, but I'm the only person who ever wears a mask.

No. They said if the law was passed for large companies they would, but right now they just have an incentive program to get it. There is a mask mandate in all our buildings right now. We didn't have it early this summer for awhile, but it came back in August.

No, but I WFH so it doesn't really matter to me. My previous employer wanted us to go back to work with no mask mandate so I found a 100% remote position instead.

No. We’re not fully in the office until February. Right now non-vaxxed have to take a rapid test if they go in.

My employer doesn't have a vaccine requirement, although they send out emails once a week reminding us that a free vaccine is available. They require masks only for public facing positions, so no one in the administrative or support areas is masked. My team is planning to stay 100% remote on a permanent basis, so we aren't really impacted by it.

No, but still doing incentives. We are supposed to mask if you can't distance, but nobody enforces it. Luckily for me, I am mostly in a bubble in my office - and we are in a limited access area, so few visitors.

Nope. MIOSHA recently sent something down requiring unvaccinated employees to mask but there is no enforcement.
ETA: Management is extremely careful about what they say about the vaccine. They pulled some strings to get us slots for shots at their own pharmacy back in April and they have an incentive payment but they've been very careful to never actually ask us to get vaccinated. I have not heard them say anything about a vaccine mandate. As far as boosters are concerned, they mentioned once that the pharmacy is making a hell of a lot of money from them, but never mentioned when the pharmacy went from walk-in to appointment and they have not offered an incentive for additional shots.

I think there is a vax requirement if you're in the office, or manufacturing sites. there is a mask requirement in the office public spaces. but I'm vaxxed and 100% WFH. there is some weird vax status reporting thing that's supposed to be done by tomorrow. idk, I haven't done it yet. from the email -

No not unless the federal government requires it. We document who has it but outside of that they do not enforce it. We are FINALLY getting an incentive, we get $400 to be distributed over four months to make sure you "work" to earn it.
Which is rather annoying I'd much rather have the $400 in time for Christmas. But they are convinced if they give you $400 all at once you will bolt (yeah like it's $400 that's going to drive me to bolt) so whatever they need to to do to feel in control. It's still better than the tie pin and laynard they gave us back in December.
They insisted that was all corporate was giving out but then people found out our sister site in the same damn city got $200 after being vaccinated. It came down from super on high that they have to give us a monetary incentive too. Bet that drives the owner insane, he doesn't like to part with money.

Not yet. Not that many are masking up in the office, either. The only incentive they offered is to satisfy some hoops for the reduced rate for medical insurance next year. I think you need to satisfy 3 requirements per year, and early vax got you two of those. Later vax satisfied only one. My medical insurance is supplied through my husband's employer, so it was completely inconsequential to me. I got the vax on my own because I really, really wanted to get on with my life.

Not requiring vaccine. Must mask in hallways, restrooms. classrooms and offices when you can't social distance. We were asked out vaccination status.

Vaccination mandate goes into effect January 3, 2022, when our building fully reopens. We're all currently remote and need to sign up a couple of days in advance to work (masked) in the office. Most employees will most likely stay remote, but because there may be times we need to come into the office, or even just personal preference to come in, you gotta be vaccinated. Visitors included (secure building, not just anyone can waltz in). This new mandate has the stipulation of "up to and including termination" so I am happy to see they mean business.
As of late August, 90% of employees were fully vaccinated and the other 10% either had one dose so far or did not yet get started, so I don't foresee too many people getting the boot.

Nope. I retired this year from a private medical practice that was bought by a larger group and still no mandates, not even for the providers...Hopefully that will change since they do receive federal Medicare monies (supposed to be 1/4/22).

We got a $500 wellness incentive off of our healthcare premiums for 2022 along with some very high level estimates on how much vaccines would save our company in self-funded health insurance. We're not allowed in the office without being vaccinated. No vaccine - pls continue working from home. 11/10 they announced that our 1/1/22 return to the office date had been bumped to 4/1/22 due high numbers in stl. We've also been offered hybird work schedules going forward with details still in progress. I requested a 3/2 or 2/3.

Yes, they will require it, even from the people working remotely. I am surprised since we're not required by any of the current laws.

I think if you are in the office, my company requires a jab or a negative test. But we are all still WFH, so that may change when everyone goes to hybrid schedule in a month. With Omicron, I'm not sure the scheduled hybrid return will happen next month though. They have already delayed it 4 times.
I work on a large project, so I go by what the client (state) wants, not my company. We have been given no indication that we will be transitioning away from WFH. Most likely there will be offices available if people want to go in, but we will not be required to go to the office. Our lease for our HUGE office building is expiring in June, and I think the state is looking to save some tax payer money by not having to pay expensive rent and utility bills. Our production has been through the roof for the last 2 years, so its not like it hurts us to not go back.

Yes, no vaccination proof - gets you "on leave without pay".
My employer started the "get vaccinated campaign" early (back in June 2021) with help getting a vaccination appointment. And a "survey" everyone had to take which required a Y/N on if you were vaccinated in September. And then a webpage where you need to submit a photo/scan of your vaccination card which went up in October in preparation for a general "return to the office" of November 1st. The vaccination rate was close to 95% back in September.
We are required to wear a mask when not at our desk. People seem to be adhering to the rule for the most part. People who work together closely tend to be a little more lax when in their area - but mask up when they move to the other parts of the floor/building. My employer hasn't said anything about requiring the booster shot. My card got updated. I already scanned it and it's ready to go if I need to submit it.
When I'm out in public most people are correctly wearing a mask.
At this point everyone I know and hang around with has been vaccinated or boosted (or will be boosted in the next couple of weeks).
FWIW: in my life/everyday -- most of the adults with HS or college kids were "chomping at the bit" to get their kids vaccinated... there was quite a bit of relief when the 5yo and up kids could get the vaccine. There was a rush at that the beginning of November but it's slowed a bit. I had no problem picking a choosing a convenient place/date/time for my Booster shot appt - last weekend (before Omicron made the news) - all of the dozens of places I could go - had at least 2 or 3 appoints open the next day - with more 48 hours out - and then anytime I wanted to reserve 3 days or more out into the future. My sibling waited until Tuesday of this week to schedule a Booster shot (was waiting for an OK from a doctor about a health issue he was having - mostly he didn't want to feel crappy from the health issue AND the booster if he didn't have to) - and of all the dozen places he could go - the soonest one he could get get was 9 days in the future.

Yup. We have to be vaccinated by Jan 4, 2022, unless you have a medical/religious exemption. Where you work (home, office, or hybrid) doesn't matter. We get a ton of federal money. Folks don't want that jeopardized. We already have something like a 95% compliance rate. Living in hippy-dippy land helps. Vaccination rates in my county are pretty decent.

Yes, we require employees to be vaxxed. We are a medium sized private company, and right now we are all still remote. About half to 2/3 of us will continue to be remote even after the main office reopens. And a bunch of us have business travel as a regular part of our job (that starts back up in January).
im pleasantly surprised that my company mandated we all get vaxxed. I know my old job does not require it, and while this want a reason I changed job, I’m still happy about it.

No, employer doesn't require vaccinations, but we all are. We work with the public, so we were trying to find ways to get approved to join the earlier stages! Boss and I were searching for available clinics as soon as we got the green light in March (others qualified earlier by age/health) and booked the next day. Same thing when we qualified for boosters last month.
We all wear masks, too, and require them for patrons. I've been giving lots out to those who *can't* seem to see the masks required signs on the door, above the hand sanitizer dispenser (that they do use), at the circ desk...

Yes they do. No jab, no work. and masks mandatory inside all buildings at all times. No mask, don't let the door hit you on the say out. They were considering to drop tbe mask mandate early January but I don't know whether they will with this new variant. As tomorrow is my last day I will not be able to report back on that.

We are not required, yet. However, they did ask for everyone who has been vaccinated to submit proof by Dec 4th. Failure to do so will require weekly testing, when/if it becomes law.
