Good. I hope to see all three of them living under a bridge and in empty refrigerator boxes real soon.

Apparently Lindell was at some rally yesterday when this news broke and he rushed off the stage.
Powell and Giuliani are lawyers and I think they believed they could lie because lying is an expected part of politics. They deserve what they get.
I actually feel sorry for lindell, though, because I think he’s suffering from some kind of religious mania. He honestly thinks if he can just get his evidence before the supremes, they will vote 9 to 0 to reinstate Trump to the White House, and Biden will willing leave office because he will also have a profound religious awakening. Then everyone in America will experience the same religious awakening, and we’ll become an awesome Christian nation.
Lindell is like that guy who believes he found a portrait of Mary formed in mildew on the exterior wall of his garage. No one else can see it, but he wants to tear down his house and build a shrine on the spot so everyone else can come have their own religious awakening.
There is no reasoning with those kinds of people. Sad for him and his family.

I guess Mike Lindell may be found looney tunes crazy, but I suspect Rudy Giuliani has also lost his grip on reality and both were probably exploited for Political Purposes - so who do we hold responsible for this? Dominion and the Nation have been Damaged by these assertions.

you saying they might try incompetence defense? Actually, I don't think Lindell or Giuliani think they are crazy, so I don't think they will try for that defense - but having lived through a family member losing their grip on reality - I think it is morally reprehensible to take advantage of someone who is living with a mental illness. Politicians have to have known these individuals were not living in reality and yet they manipulated them to their own ends.

I don't think Trump really influenced him as much as you think. Lindell made the decision to hold his Cyber conference. Trump is going in a much different direction. As for Giuliani, maybe he's also the author of his own destruction. Sure I think Trump manipulated him far more than he did Lindell, but I think his cracking might have more with his concious and subconcious minds fighting it out. But I could be very wrong in his case. IDK.

More than a few interviewers have tried to point out he may have gone down the wrong path because of his history, but he does not want to hear it or acknowledge it. Colbert's interview of him not too long ago was fairly gentle. But Lindell was not having it. He believes he is of sound mind and feels the stuff he found, which shows nothing of value, really is proof. I think losing in court might snap him out of this current delusion. Or for his sake I hope so, because nothing else has.

In a civil trial, what percentage of the jury has to agree to get a winner?
Because getting a single person to vote that Lindell, Powell and Giuliani aren't liable will be a piece of cake. Getting 2 might be harder but still doable. 3 would take a crafty lawyer, but may be possible - especially if there are questionable ethics involved.

I don't know why they thought 10,000 people would want to spend $125 or more on attending a rally. Is Lindell and others trying to do a money grab to fund themselves?

I guess Lindell isn't ready to acknowledge that if there is an enemy of the people in this equation, it would be him.

I suspect they sold close to 10K tickets... I'm guessing like any other ticketed event they sold tickets before the event and then based on ticket sales would decide how to proceed with the event.
I'm thinking maybe the 300 people who showed up didn't get the email about how no one who purchased a ticket was going to the event. Or maybe they were the spur of the moment people who showed up and paid at the gate to get in.
Did the speakers and bands even take the stage? The article doesn't say.
The article did say this:
Could it be that the majority of trump voters don't have $125 to spend on something like this?

They might have paid to see Trump but he wasn’t on the bill. $125 bucks is a lot of money to see a bunch of conspiracy nuts talk. And possibly get Covid. I was also curious to see where that money was supposed to go. Lindells legal fees? I didn’t see that mentioned.

Read this article this morning regarding two snake oil salesmen. Mike Lindell held a 3-day telethon called 'Take Back What The Devil Stole From You' to sell pillows with televangelist Jim BakkerMyPillow CEO Mike Lindell hosted a three-day telethon with disgraced televangelist Jim Bakker this week. The telethon, called "Take Back What The Devil Stole From You," aired in hour-long installments, which started on September 14 and continued through September 16. Much of Lindell's airtime over the three days was devoted to peddling his standard products, including a mattress topper, various pillows, and a five-pack of "Children's Bible Pillows" — a line of MyPillow products that features stories from the Bible — for $100. Lindell also took the opportunity to push his baseless election fraud conspiracies, talking about how the country has been stolen on both a "micro and macro level." Mike Lindell held a 3-day telethon called 'Take Back What The Devil Stole From You' to sell pillows with televangelist Jim Bakker Further down the article it mentioned the book Mike lindell wrote and self-published in late 2019. Name of the book is 'What Are the Odds?' Scrolling down the Amazon page to see what the book was about its description read (bold highlighting mine): ****Due to the holographic cover this will not be accepted into prisons/jails. Please choose the prison approved version.**** Far more than a “business memoir,” What Are the Odds? is a raw, authentic account by a man many thought would never rise above his serial, addiction-fueled failures. Mike’s gripping narrative transports readers from his small-town tavern with its colorful cast of “Regulars” to Mexico and a drug deal gone awry. From Las Vegas casinos, where Mike won and lost fortunes as a professional gambler, to a jail-cell beatdown. From failed rehabs to his 20-year marriage, an ideal union decimated by addiction. And finally, to the redemption of the most shameful moment of his life. An unvarnished account of the ravages of cocaine, crack, and gambling addiction, What Are the Odds? tells the improbable tale of how a small-town guy with a dream somehow made it a reality. More importantly, Mike opens up about the God who relentlessly chased him down, turning him from a casual believer to a passionate evangelist with an absolute, mathematical certainty that God is real. What Are the Odds? will not only speak to entrepreneurs and those struggling with addiction, but also to anyone looking for a message of hope. Amazon: What Are The Odds?

granted, this country has indeed been stolen at the micro level.
it is so small, the theft can't readily be detected.

Not surprised at all he thinks Jim Bakker was a good partner.

A disgruntled pillow buyer will probably get to Lindell first.
