A copy of election data ... has been sent to a lab ... I find this totally confusing. Here is why: 1) A lab is where you test something. 2) Data is something you analyze. 3) Making a copy of something and testing the copy would make suspect whether any conclusion applied to the original. Thoughts anyone? A lab can tell if a real human cast the vote or if it was switched by Italian satellites ?

So there have been some articles lately that say QAnon is talking about moving their protest from the internet to acts of violence in the streets, and this Arizona recount, which everyone (including GOP people) are making fun of as a carnival and waste of time/money, will be the launching point for another insurrection attempt when it comes back showing Trump won ) and you know it will).
And the GOP will egg it on because they plan to run on a ‘everything is in crisis because the Dems are in charge’ platform in 2022.
Salon has an article on this.
I don’t think an insurrection will succeed (I don’t think QAnon has the members and support it thinks it has, and that it needs to succeed, but I think the GOP may get the chaos they need to win.

I doubt it. Biden's approval is running in the mid 50's. that is about +10 over dumbass. if he runs again, he is going to get the shit kicked out of him, imo.
here is the deal. he was kinda lucky to win the first time. the second time, he was kinda unlucky to lose. but now, he is running against a popular incumbent. it is not going to come down to WI, PA, AZ and MI again, in all likelihood.
but 3 years is a long time from now. a lot could happen.

I haven't bothered looking since then. I guess I should. but in all likelihood I won't be living in the US in 2023, so I kinda don't care. someone who does should start a thread.

With the massive obstruction on the infrastructure bill and all the voter repression plots, it’s about baked in the cake. So the lower end of Americans gets to continue stagnation but they get to own the liberals. America’s downward slide continues while the oligarchs that own the Repo/Cons light Cubans and feast on caviar.
