What's everyone eating for the game tomorrow? I'm going to try not to blow my whole diet for this. Dinner will be burrito bowls, with spicy beans, no meat. For myself I bought pretzel thins, popcorn, and have salsa and salsa con queso. It's just me and my husband this year. I usually have a couple people over, and make tons of food.

Had my glasses off when I read the thread title. Thought it read 'Superhero snacks'.
Making some oven-fried zucchini sticks.

Normally my game food is anything but healthy, but always delicious. This year I'm trying to find a middle ground. Lol

Lol I wouldn't mind eating them if they were cooked in a deep fryer as long as they were cooked in someone else's home or a restaurant. I just cannot stand the lingering smell of deep fryer foods in the house.

I have a race tomorrow, so I will be coming home to mostly prepared stuff; I won't have much energy left. DH is having coconut shrimp and I am having honey BBQ wings and some plain wings with ranch dressing on the side. We have chips and dip and taco shells from last night, which I can heat up and have with salsa. I have vegetable fried rice for a side dish. Might make brownies if we are still hungry after all that.

DSIL has to work from 11am until closing (around midnight) tomorrow I really wanted to make roast beast sliders and ham sliders. When I mentioned it, he lit up so I said I'd make them and take some to him. He said he'd feel guilty because his hired help... So I volunteered to make enough for all of them. There will only be six including him. I'll make a dozen ham & Swiss and a dozen roast beast and cheddar to take to him and a half dozen of each for us. I don't give a rip about the game, just wanted sliders

I’ll have crispy green beans, chicken and a side. Not sure what else. With my diet I don’t do snack food.

Final menu depends on whether any nieces/nephews show up. There will be leftover chili for chili cheese fries. I want queso dip and buffalo chicken dip. I could make some pepperoni rolls. We also have mozzarella sticks. If there are no cookies leftover today I could make more cookies or brownies. Also have stuff for a veggie tray and cheese cubes and crackers.

Wings and chili dip. Kids will probably have a frozen pizza. I bought a Dutch apple pie for dessert.

Peanut butter bars. How can chocolate, peanut butter, graham crackers, and two cups of powdered sugar be bad for you?

Five different chips (cuz no one likes the same thing), salsa, guacamole, vegetables, salami/cheese tray, and m&m’s. I’m set.

I didn’t want to come off as a greedy sweets fanatic but the Valentine’s aisles at Target sucked me in. 3 for $10. How could I pass that up?

We buy frozen apps - fried green beans, potato skins, fried pickles, pizza rolls, mozz sticks, chips and spinach artichoke dip. Not healthy but it's our tradition

Peanut butter bars. How can chocolate, peanut butter, graham crackers, and two cups of powdered sugar be bad for you? Can't be, especially if you use dark chocolate because it has antioxidents. So does peanut butter. Peanut butter has protein, too. Graham crackers are rich in B vitamins, and 85% of the fat is from healthy fats. And don't forget that you also get fiber from graham crackers. As for the powdered sugar, we'll just skip over that and say that the benefits from the chocolate, peanut butter and graham crackers outweigh no benefit at all from powdered sugar. See? Go ahead and indulge. Super Bowl only rolls around once a year.

While cleaning out my fridge after I realized a jar of olives had spilled (thanks DD), I discovered I have the ingredients to make taco dip and veggie pizza.
I think I will order MOD pizza, unless my son wants Dominoes for boneless wings too

Watching the clock and waiting for it to tick to time to make the sliders! I'm sure y'all are tired of my posts about sliders, but I haven't had sliders in a long time, and I sooo excited. Can't wait to munch out on ham & Swiss and roast beast & cheddar. It doesn't take a lot to please me

I'm hungry with no interest in actually getting off the couch to make anything.

Rotel and cheese dip added to the menu. Should be ready about 2 pm for snacking to commence.

Rotel and cheese dip added to the menu. Should be ready about 2 pm for snacking to commence. A trick I always do is add sour cream to the rotel and velveeta. We also add black beans. But the sour cream makes it smoother

I made 'em. We ate 'em. There are a few left over. Probably won't last long...
Took some to DSIL. When I asked yesterday what time, he said around 4. When we got there, he said "Oh, good. It's 4 o'clock." Just got a text from him saying they were delish and all gone. Consider that two of his crew of five called out sick today. So three people ate all of them!
