How many Streaming services do you have?

We have Amazon prime, Hulu, Britbox and sometimes buy PBS. In addition to cable tv cause our internet is cheaper with a package. Many times it’s just one show or movie we’re interested on a streaming service
Don’t have Netflix but thinking about getting.
Now there’s Apple + and many more available
I’ll see a show that looks interesting but isn’t on our services.
Seems to get more expensive and inconvenient as more services are created . Annoying

We have Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney + and ESPN+. I'm still annoyed about the ESPN one. Two of our top basketball match ups were exclusively on that "channel" last season.

We have 3: Amazon Prime, Netflix and Disney+. We recently got rid of cable because we hadn’t been using it even though we are home all the freaking time (it seems). We are thinking of getting Hulu or Sling. We also watch YouTube videos too. When we removed cable from our package, we did increase our internet package and locked in for a 2 year deal.

Same three: Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. We rarely watch anything on Amazon. It just keeps renewing, and my DH let's it go. We got rid of cable years ago. Once we got used to not watching tv all the time, it was fine. I was the tv addict. Now my kids are the tv addicts, but it's all disney plus or Netflix. I find myself really annoyed by commercials nowadays whenever I catch regular tv somewhere. Ugh. I know you get used to tuning them out, but it's so much less stressful not having to. I primarily read my news, which allows me to skip to the important parts, and focus on what I choose to focus on, instead whatever craziness the media decides will sell.

I'm cheap. Netflix only. I can always find something I like when I'm done with a series I've enjoyed. DS and DDIL are able to share it since they allow it to be used on 2 devices at once. I'm a one-person household so I don't have to add in other packages to get sports or news.

My cable company also tried to pull the trick of charging more for internet only than for a package of programming. Thank heaven Google Fiber came into town.

I've considered Disney + as a present for the grandkids and realized it's just pushing more Disney marketing at them a d giving them more screen time that DS and DDIL are trying (for good reason) to keep within reasonable bounds.

We use:

Amazon Prime (though I mostly use it for free shipping)

YouTube Premium (I watch it more than anything else and YT is great with no ads)

Hulu

Netflix

And, recently, I joined Philo. Loving that, because it covers all the channels/shows I like that I was having to pay to watch on Amazon, such as Gold Rush, etc....

I did the math last month and I still spend less than I would have to pay for satellite or cable.

We have Netflix, Hulu, Sling and Amazon Prime in addition to OTA channels.  We used to have cable but it got too expensive and we rarely watched anything but the channels we could get with an antenna.  So we put an antenna up in the attic and got Netflix and Sling.  We later added Hulu as I like that they stream shows I don’t always watch and got Amazon Prime too.  We spend way less than we spent with cable and have more shows to watch.

Two . . . Amazon Prime and a Hulu (with commercials) subscription that I got last year on Black Friday for $1.99 a month.  Commercials don't bother me since I grew up with them.  And I love Hulu.  I even get news and stuff like the debates.  I'll do a year's subscription for $60 the day before this one renews.

My sister brought her Netflix subscription here last summer and even set me up a profile and picked some shows for me to watch.  She left the password.  If I get bored with what I have, I may look at it.  But right now I have all I can watch.

I have my Dish and have to watch my basketball games on line.

I do have Sirius/XM which I stream in the house.

Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, XM radio. although, the XM is up for renewal later this week and I no longer 'need' it for long public transportation commutes. so if they don't offer me a deal when I call in, that's going away.

I will also sometimes get Hulu, CBS All Access or other services for a short duration if there is a particular show I want to watch.

If I wasn't able to use my mother's Cable login I would also have to add a sports package into the mix, but as it stands I still have access to ESPN and NBCSN through her so I haven't bothered.

We just recently cut cable, and got a roku. The roku itself has free stuff. With our new internet only plan, we got hulu for six months and disney plus for a year. We use my DD's netflix account. We have a Prime membership. For local stations, we got Locast. It kept interrupting, asking for donations. For $5.50 a month, no more interruptions. So we pay $55 for internet plus $5.50 for Locast. I have more tv than I could ever watch. Netflix is my favorite though.

I always thought it was stupid to pay for radio. Then I moved to an area with no radio and bought a truck with no CD player.

I got 6 months free, and then paid $160 for a year. Well worth it to be way, way out in the middle of nowhere and have a great selection of music.

I pay for Amazon prime, Netflix, hulu, and a cable TV streaming package through spectrum. I get apple+ from my brother and Disney+ from my cousin which probably gives me Amazon too. I know I could get hulu but with no way of porting my watch list to her login I haven't bit the bullet.

HuluLive only for sports. We're in a blocked out area for some of the teams we watch, so that doesn't leave too many options.

Amazon Prime (my sister pays for that one, ) Netflix, and Hulu.  We dropped all the movie channels on our satellite programming.  Now that we have good stable internet, we are considering dropping satellite TV altogether.

I also have XM radio too as does my MIL. I handle the renewal for my MIL and I was able to get a discount on the renewal and didn’t even have to talk to anyone. Somehow when I called the cancellation line I found on their website, the phone prompts I followed let me renew it for a deal. I’ll find out at the end of next month when I try for my annual renewal.

I'm partial to Netflix, but the cost is going up again. It's still not a lot, but is more. We haven't had Hulu in forever, but if it has the great deal they had last year, that might be a good (cheap) place to start to see if you like it.

I bought a small smart tv for my bedroom this summer.  I really should figure how to stream more than Netflix on it.  Would I need a roku?
